@@areebfazli check the instructions given by the programme .make a motivation video according to the instructions.( Intro , your study background,and link with the programme , motivation behind it , also you can tell about the specific university or professor whom you want to study and last your long term career goals ) I hope it will help you

Yes In some programs it is required .
