In my project there is no mention restrictions about motivational letter...how many words I'll write?
limit it to 500 words/one page usually. Not more than 1.5 page at all.

No, Erasmus is only for Master’s.
Sir Is they offer dectoral degree? And Itels mandatory for this scholarship?
No. This is for masters. IELTS requirment varies per program.
I have a question. Can I apply with Pak ID card without passport? I have checked requirements of my desired courses. They mentioned Passport or Id Card but will Pak Id card work?

No, it won't affect your application but must mention what you will be doing in Europe. I have covered this in some other video. Check it on my channel.

Pure medical fields are not offered in Erasmus.
