No. That's actually not an interview rather they will be evaluating you on the basis of the recording you sent them. Nothing to be worried about. Just prepare well before the recording.

For some courses they ask ielts and for some courses, you have to produce proof from your college stating that you had completed education in English. Having an ielts certificate is recommended.

Give them an answer to what you want and mention the reasons clearly and specifically. No need to tell lie or get panicked.

If you have the scholarship, they usually restrict you from working. But you can see that in contract though.
