No more shredded knuckles!!!

I love my KitchenAid stand mixer and I have had this one for more than 10 years. I’ve never really bothered with attachments before now, but I really have been missing out. This shredder is a huge time saver.
I do not like buying pre-shredded cheese because of the flour/starch they put on it to keep it from sticking or clumping. Especially when making a cheese sauce or mornay. Even when I was making large batches of mac and cheese for my restaurant, I would buy blocks of cheddar and Colby/Jack and shred it in the food processor. Frankly, this shredder is easier to use and easier to clean.
