Hi Raliat, your video is amazing. The video quality is great, and I am happy you took your time and actually showed the blades used (I have seen a couple other videos and many didn't really show the blades used properly).
I have this exact food processor, got it in May and I only started using it last month. I had issues using my milling cup and blending jug (apparently because of the safety interlock feature). I had reached out to the vendor to complain because I thought it wasn't working and they couldn't really find a solution for me. They just kept telling me to read the manual and make sure it's properly locked to the motor (of course it was)... I had just dumped it and went back to my old blenders. You have no idea what a lifesaver this video is. Now I can go ahead and use my milling cup and blending jug. Thanks for your patience once again! Cheers 🥂

Hello Raphael I hope you get to see this. Thanks for the reveiw. However, I have exact same food processor which i git last month. Unfortunately I can't use the mixing bowl. Onceits attached to the motor unit it makes a clicking sound but it doesn't come on. The dry mill and blender is fine. PLEASE HELP

Aside the click sound make sure it fits tightly, this happened to me the first time I tried using mine. It has to be very tight. Secondly read the manual thoroughly....if it doesn't work then contact the vendor you got it from 😊

@@iyayiuwaifo3033 I've not done that with the food processor but if I were to do that I'll use the kneading blade first to get the liquid off the Bitterleaf then the chopping blade to chop into smaller pieces and to get the Bitterleaf squeaky clean

No, you can't because it will cut the dough into smaller pieces since the blades are sharp. The kneading blade should be blunt

Hello, please read the manual thoroughly. Remember you're to fix the drive shaft from under the mixing bowl and once you fix it, it should be quite firm. If you do all these and it's still not working, make a video as evidence and send to the vendor. They'll help you out or worst case scenario they change it for you.
hello, thank you for replying, i did exactly that but it was not firm on the connector, so i made a report and they gave me a replacement, now still same issue so i think i just dont know how to fix it, but the shaft isnt firm on it, if you have the sq professional mega process and could do a video it would really help, tha nk you. or anyone that has this same blender, thanks @@raphiatslifestyle873

Dont buy not worth it u cant even fit a large carrot through the chute.i even struggled to shredd cheese in it melted like butter.
