    My first time with this one, I loved it but I’m 76 so maybe 20 min would be better- I made it through and it went quickly because of your cute little dog- I loved watching him- my dogs do the same things when I’m exercising!

    Started doing your workout videos almost a year ago when a friend told me about you. I have lost 20 lbs. and my blood work highs have dropped. My doctor is so pleased, she asked me what I'm doing. When I said smart eating and a fabulous exercise routine, she asked me about it and said she was going to check it out. She knows how much I hated working out so was amazed I found something I liked and worked. I am 62 years old and feel great!! Thanks for sharing your workouts with us!

    Lovely to see you and Buddy back in the studio. He makes a great background but I miss the Balanise ornaments. Pleade bring back one or two . You look as if your floating in space on an all white background. Enjoyed the new workout even though bits of me ached at the time. 68 year old arthritic bones dont reach my bootie but I tried!

    I love everything about this video! The music is super and the moves are fantastic! 💥 I have been doing your exercises for 3 years and you never disappoint. While I'm at it, I want to say that I love that you give reminders about proper form like sucking in your stomach, keeping your arms strong, and the like. Kudos!

    Thank you from Bc Canada enjoyed the new video with the pup, lost my beagle after 16 years and he watched me exercise on the bed but now have a picture of his smiling face now watching me as he would definitely want me to continue on and I do feel him 💕there in my work out room .

    Wonderful workout, Schellea. I’m 65 and doing your workouts regularly. I pause this video in a few places for a longer walk to keep my heart rate in the range I like, but I have completed this workout three times now and I like it better each time. A million thankyou’s!

    I would like to thank you for all the videos - it’s been a rough 1 yr but I am down 100 lbs thanks to your videos mixed with my healthy eating and I am 30 lbs to my goal weight! My middle daughter told me about your videos and I started real slow 5 min then 10-15 min workouts 3 x week then the other 2 days eventually added sitting abs and now I do 30 min 5 days a week and I incorporate weights in the walking portion on all your videos. Thanks for everything and I will continue to do all your various exercises from now on. Here is a before and after pic of me I wanted to share with you and hope it inspires people as well! You all can do it! I did 😊

    Love this new video, great challenging moves and your usual happy enthusiasm and encouragement. Very slick and professional presentation with great exercise music.     I liked the pace of this video, but not the bland visual or the music. That’s ok. There are plenty of videos to choose from and this hits the spot for some. As a dog owner I kept worrying that the puppy needed. To go for a walk, lol 😊

    My dog, Dexter, age 16, died on February 5. He adopted me when he was four months old and we were joined at the hip all that time. Seeing your sweet pup does my heart good. I love this workout, as usual.

    I’ve been doing 15 min of regular aerobic exercises & since I’m in my 50’s I’ve been doing 15 min of balance exercises
    I did this one for 15 min & I will do the rest tomorrow
    It got my heart pumping
    I love how your puppy wants to join in & play
    So cute

    After five days of following my excercise plan usually Saturday and Sunday are off. But sometimes I feel like doing a walking excercise with you would be just fine and afterwards I feel exhausted but my spirit is uplifted and I start my day smiling.

    After 1.5 yrs I finally figured out how to subscribe lol. Absolutely LOVE these workouts & have no trouble giving it all I have got. Am 62 & used to run 5-10k & light workouts but done with running as I much prefer these workouts. Thanks so much!!

    I stopped exercising for the past 4 months due to busyness of my work. Working again hopefully i can cope .i am 59 urs old. And been doing your exercise for the past 3yrs.thank you

    This is saving my life. More energy, something to look forward to each morning, easing my anxiety from a stressful job, and knowing I am doing what it takes to be healthy in 5-10 years. I just had to find some thing that I liked. Thank you.

    I completed 20 minutes of the routine. At 74 it was enough for me. I will have to build up for the whole 30 minutes. Thanks

    Hi, I have been working out for about two years now i do four days a week, my age is 73 i started doing your videos about four months ago the only things I’m unable to do on your videos is when you twist and turn on your feet also jumping jacks(as i have a knee replacement on my left knee), I love your workouts. personally i think i like your video that uses weights the best i have done the one that you do several sets in thirty minutes it really gives my me a feel good work out

    I absolutely LOVE these workouts. I am 62 & used to run 5-10K and workout at the gym. No more running as I much prefer these workouts. Thanks so much!!!

    Thank you I have just recovered from female organ surgery. I admire what you do and thank you as I’m 57 years old. I have a lot of issues with my back and neck and this style of exercise is just what I need.

    I am 21 and doing these exercises everyday for 30 mins. Absolutely brilliant, can definitely feel the burn!!! Can do this at all ages!! Love it

    I have just discovered you .I do jazzercise daily but have hurt my back so just getting back into exercising and I am finding your routines so durable and yet I am sweating and out of breath ,I have passed them on to a few of my friends too.     Ok you did it again my Fabulous Fowler! Love this workout. I’m reaching out to my 70 and over group. If you happen to be short like me don’t get discouraged if you can’t hit your hands on your butt. Just keep it going it’s great for hips, calves and quads. You go girls.     I have never smiled so much in a workout as I did once your sweet pup joined the show. He is totally precious and entertaining and made the workout go by even faster. And it was so gratifying to see you pick him up and give him some loves at the end. Perfect! Great workout! Thank you as always for your enthusiasm and inspiration from this 75 year old!
