How to price/charge your customer as a tailor, best strategy

This is how we supposed present the data to any customer but unfortunately tailoring business is not like that. Moreover cost of materials can be the same everywhere but the nature of the inhabitants will affect you based on charge. E.g You can get the same price of materials but you can't charge the same thing to a person living in a business areas with people living a student environment. At the end it seems like your friend living in a business areas is doing better than you while you purchase the same price of materials. So location is a big factor.
