What i observe..lap measurement.@22 ..on your paper you wrote 1½ which is pronounced one and half inches..while on the fabric u measure 11.5 and u call it addition of half an inch...

You had ur hip measurement but u did not use it. U rather used the lap measurement to determine the crouch extension instead of using the hip measurement. So what then is the need to measure the hip?
