Absolutely love the video. SEPTA has changed a lot of things on the EL. I didnt even knw 15th street was a wheelchair accessible statiin now... And i liked 69th st terminal instead of 69th st transportation center. After all,its a great video.
69th Street is not in West Philadelphia, its in Upper Darby. The border to the City is right after 63rd Street. Milbourne Station is also outside of the city limits.
The bridge over the ex-Reading Port Richmond branch was in place 3-5yrs before the line got there. PTC actually built the Market street side of the line uses its own funds without anyone assistance. However they needed city funding to build the Frankford side. The Frankford side construction started in 1915. It was scheduled to take 3 years, however because of WWI and PTC finance issues it wasn't completed until 1922. Actually parts of Arrott Transportation Center station is still "mostly" original. if you look at the ribs holding up the canopies they have rivets. It is the only station left on the above ground part that still has them. (15th has them too).

only stations that aren't are Spring Garden and Arrott (a work currently in progress).
Arrott's full (mostly full) is completely back. only a bit isn't. (the section from the overpass to the front exit is still blocked.

Very nice seeing light rail as you come into the 30th Street Station.
When I go to school I take the 108 to 69th Street to 8th and get on the broad ridge spur to Broad and Lehigh (North Philadelphia)
In fact, whenever you get the chance to, do FULL RIDEs on PATCO heading into Philly; BSL to Pattison Avenue; and the NHSL.

Ive ridden the L for my whole life im so used to the stops and all. It reminds me of my mom I went on the buses and L with her all the time.
I remember I always used to go to 11st on the L when I was 4 with my mom and we used to go to red in terminal
