Thanks for the few countries providing free visa entry to filipinos. But how about those countries telling the world as our close friends or allies like Japan, South Korea, Europe, Canada, and even the United States. These are the countries our OFWs served, especially medical staff, sacrificing our own needs, which even results in shortages of manpower in our hospitals. These countries are afraid for filipino tourists to overstay. But these counties can implement heavy sanctions re their concerns. Secondly, they perceived filipinos as very poor and nobody. These countries are even giving special treatment to China's tourists based on spending capacity, not knowing their hidden activities. Those "friends/allies" countries sincerity are questionable. Thanks to countries who offered free visa entry showing respect and appreciation to us filipinos.
These countries won’t give us visa free travel unless they see that filipinos will return after their intended travel. The number of OFWs there just indicate that filipinos would rather stay at their countries than return here since there’s not enough job opportunities here
very well said. they are pretentious in terms of word allies, but behind that. they are mocking filipinos.. those named countries are all jealous to the Filipino coz they know that thier are something the Filipino can show off, in a matter of time..
@ They’re not pretentious. They are protecting their citizens. If they make Philippines visa free, Filipinos will just overstay and never go home. There are many undocumented Filipinos US even with them requiring visas, what more if they let Filipinos without visa?
Filipino passport holders can "VISIT" the ff countries without a visa as of September 2024. Here’s the list: Brunei (14 days) Cambodia (30 days) Hong Kong (14 days) Indonesia (30 days) Israel (90 days) Kazakhstan (30 days) Laos (30 days) Macau (30 days) Malaysia (30 days) Mongolia (21 days) Myanmar (14 days) Palestine (30 days) Singapore (30 days) Taiwan (14 days) Thailand (30 days) Vietnam (21 days) Barbados (90 days) Côte d'Ivoire (90 days) Kenya (90 days, eVisa required) Morocco (90 days) Rwanda (90 days) Bolivia (90 days) Brazil (90 days) Colombia (90 days) Costa Rica (30 days) Dominica (21 days) Haiti (90 days) Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (30 days) Cook Islands (31 days) Fiji (120 days) Kiribati (90 days) Micronesia (30 days) Niue (30 days) Samoa (60 days) Vanuatu (30 days) This list provides a broad range of travel options for Filipino citizens, to VISIT ( repeat VISIT) , enhancing their global mobility. The question is whether Philippine airport immigration authorities will permit you to visit above listed visa- free countries. Note emphasis on the words "VISIT and VISITOR" which means you must not overstay or seek employment. Similar to applying for a visa to the USA, Canada, the UK, or Schengen countries, you need to demonstrate your intent to return by providing a return ticket, hotel reservations, local guarantor, think affidavit of support and an itinerary. If you have ulterior motives, legal consequences such as jail time, deportation, and a permanent ban may follow. So, are you willing to take that risk? Dapat itong pag-isipan nang mabuti. Huwag magpadalos-dalos. Don't blame Philippine immigration for not allowing you to leave. They are protecting you from becoming a victim of human trafficking.

Maybe we should start a petition for a "Filipino Appreciation Day" in those countries! Who's with me?
