Great stuff Aaron. Been working with you for over a year now and come on a long way thanks for all the help in the tutorials. Feel like a know you in person. Keep up the good work.
Phlearn is really helpful to me, I´ve learned a lot from you guys. Aaron is a great teacher and he always puts a smile on my face :) Keep up the great work!
almost a year using liquify and don't know I can do advanced mode ( brush density, freeze mask, etc ) once again you do really save my work ! thankyou so much . The best !!!
I love Phlearn, Aaron and your tutorials. I am new to Photography and Photoshop, and Aaron makes it exciting. I love your excitement and passion, definitely makes learning fun...Thank you for everything you do.
All your videos have helped me so much. i have recently started using it and it the most amazing piece of software by far. i never thought how much it could be used for but now i use it all the time and use it to create backgrounds for my website. I learn more and more each day from your videos and hope they keep on coming. Plearn Rules!
Hi Aaron, at 9'57'' you say you don't find the twirl tool very useful. Well, I found a good use for it. When you do reflections, you flip the image vertically, position it, and decrease the opacity. When you do reflections in water you can use this twirl tool to deform the image and it will make the effect more realistic.
Have been liking your work and tutorials so much that i click like at the very beginning itself. Till date haven't felt the need to unlike it after watching the whole video :D
You are very special! Thank you for sharing your hard earned knowledge with us. Ciao from Athens, Greece. Thanassis Fournarakos retired (2011) Pro Photographer (born in 1946).
This video was fantastic! Thank you SO much! I use the liquify tool, but I definitely learned how to use the different controls within it. I am a huge fan of your videos. Best photoshop tutorials on the web. :)
No matter what the topic, I enjoy watching all of the videos. Aaron is a very personable person with great presentation skills. Also, for those that say he goes too fast... my opinion is that it is better to have a short video that you can pause to keep up with than have one where you have to wait for the presenter to move with your skill level.
Hi, Dear Aaron. Thanks for your helpful tuts. I don't know if you already know this tip or not, but for showing [Before & After] you don't have to group the layers and then turn on/off the group layer's eye ball! You just simply Alt+Click on the eyeball of the layer that you want it to be visible. keep the good work, the world of Photoshop needs guys like you.
Hey Aaron, just started following u... and loving it... Lol. U r fun to watch, i love the way u explain things: y? How? Etc.. u make understanding easier.
I really really loved Phan Week... Thanks so much PHlearn for all you do fos us... Please do some question and answers episodes again soon.... Haven't seen those in a while... Now I'm gonna use the new code to shop at the new site... :)
Great vid! I was wondering if you could make a video on how to multiply body parts, like faces and arms, and seamlessly attach them to the original image.
Hello, Aaron! I would love to see a tutorial on Displacement Mapping. It's a fabo technique, but I think most of us are cluless on which technique works best. Thanx!
Iconique Imani mentioned what I was going to. If you use the "pin edges" checkbox inside the liquify tool, you'll eliminate the need of the reconstructing of her leg... so basically anything after 18:22. I HIGHLY recommend it.
Hey! You are really talented, thanks for posting these vids, they have been great. I couldn't find a good tutorial on removing neck lines and double chins. Do you have anything like that?
Very nice tutorial! Maybe you can put a few pixel wide freeze mask to the edge at her leg, so you won't get any transparency into the image. Am I right?
All your videos have helped me so much. thank u a lot. i have a question about this episode. most of the time the background becomes distorted when using liquify tool. how to fix this?
Aaron, I have a quick thought/suggestion for you or others who may be helped by this comment. However, I am not a photographer or photoshop user (though I would love to be if had the time and startup cash). You are the professional whose work and teaching I highly respect. Please advise me as appropriate. Anyway, here goes... Why not just freeze mask the perimeter of the layer before doing any warping, just in case. An action could probably even be recorded to do this automatically. Just a thought. Please let me know what you think.
A bit of my way of dealing with the edge instead of recreating the leg. I would make a selection of the of the leg next to the sleeve copy and paste on a new layer then warp it until it covers the whole edge.
I was wondering if you guys could do some of these videos :) --- Make t-shirts have long sleeves Make someone taller (Maybe adding high heels?) Fix cooked teeth Make a classic iPod image (one of those silhouettes with the white cable) Add or remove sweat I know this last one was mentioned before in a video however I'd love to use it - Add a tattoo using clip art (adding a tattoo that isn't on a person) I know you said the best way to add a tattoo is to take an image of a real tattoo. However I was wondering if there was a way to take any clip art and turn it into a tattoo. Thanks so much for the videos and keep up the great work. You guys are the best!! (I've learned so much)
You should make a duplication of the background underneath the color adjustment layers, so you can either turn off the adjustment layers or redo them. So if you or a client don't like the color layer you can still change the color and not affect the liquify. You'd have to redo the liquify if you do it this way, unless you make the merge up layer a smart object where you could apply the filter to another merged up smart object.
Hey one useful tutorial would be for controlling total ink density, in the UK in publishing designers are not given the printer profiles at all, and a job will often be sent back with the command the ink density needs to be under 300%! I found a way to control this with a profile I found with cs6 only something in Photoshop CC has changed and this no longer works, but this can be a real problem for designers here :(
Hey...can you work on a video on how to remove hard shadows on the background due to flash, especially with a white background but with a detailed subject in front...it normally makes it impossible to just use quick selection took as there would be stuffs like strands of hair that is getting in the way
Another terrific tutorial....was wondering if there is a way to make a 2d photo have a 3d effect in PS or is that only possible in After Effects? Just a thought.... :)
hi phlearn team.most of the time if anybody try to teach me i simply sleep. but aaron made me to listen and learn, phlearn is not just a channel it is a university. i need a vid tutorial on camera raw filter and what is difference between lightroom and CRF. can i get same effect with CRF like LR. Please do a video by making a photo optimize with CRF. only CRF!!!
im just starting with photoshop and digital art but just from this episode, if you would have done the mask you shown before you could have selected to not effect her leg, hand, backround, etc..? would that have avoided the situation you ran into..?
Hey aaron , greetings from Mexico! Now that i know so much about post production, i would like to know about the production and taking pictures , direct models , make oictures more unique etc... is there any video there to help me find some tips? Thank u
Hey Aaron! What to do when the background isn't perfectly even? Even with masking, a bit of the background will eventually be sampled. Do I have to cut the subject out entirely for that?
all the tutorials u guys use nice quality images but what about the times when the quality isn't that nice??? any tips and tricks for such tricky situations pls???
Arron! you are amazing btw. Question about Liquify. i created a new layer, hit Shift+Opt+Com+E and then opened Liquify. I made my changes but then when I clicked OK, they didn't apply...??
My favorite part is how much Aaron laughs at his own fails. You're a crack up mate. Also the tutorials are the bees knees.

This is the best photoshop tutorial channel that I've come across! Thank you so much for producing these films, it helps so much!
I can never make it through a whole Phlearn video without pausing and running to Photoshop. You are a master and an excellent teacher, Aaron.
Phlearn is really helpful to me, I´ve learned a lot from you guys. Aaron is a great teacher and he always puts a smile on my face :) Keep up the great work!
What a great episode. Thank you. A new way to edit wardrobe. Making life easier one step at a time Phlearn!

I've found the new "Pin Edges" feature in CC 2014 to be amazingly helpful for those pulled in edges. Saves a bunch of time as well.
This was great!!! I've always had issues with the Liquify Tool and hardly ever used it. But this tutorial has inspired me to tackle it! Thanks!
Once again another great episode from Phlearn! Thank you! You always teach me so much!
Another good tutorial - I would never have thought of the liquify tool - Thanks Aaron
If shift-control-E does not work, go to Layer-Merge Visible and hold down the ALT key while doing that. This may be helpful to some users.
Hey Aaron, just started following u... and loving it... Lol. U r fun to watch, i love the way u explain things: y? How? Etc.. u make understanding easier.
I truly digg your tutorials! They get me inspired and I love learning something new too! Great work!
Aaron i really really want to meet you some day...you are an amazing artist and everything i know in Photoshop is because of you
you are awesome!!!! you gave me a different perspective to approach photoshop!!!!
I always watch until the end of the episodes just for Aaron's little black & white segment
I really really loved Phan Week... Thanks so much PHlearn for all you do fos us... Please do some question and answers episodes again soon.... Haven't seen those in a while... Now I'm gonna use the new code to shop at the new site... :)
Pressure down, density up.... great tips and great video.
Thar freeze mask changed my life
Your tutorials are Awesome.
I have a suggestion for an episode. How can I create a picture of a person shaking hands with themselves?
Your knowledge and presentation skills are unmatched, another great video, thank you 😊
Great vid! I was wondering if you could make a video on how to multiply body parts, like faces and arms, and seamlessly attach them to the original image.
I love phlearn tutorials, im pretty new with PS, but learning so much from you guys :-) thanks, and keep it up! (Y)
Great. Thanks. One tool I have wanted to learn but never got around to.
Dude, your videos are superb, and are so helpful. My metaphorical chapeau is off. Fantastic.
Hello, Aaron! I would love to see a tutorial on Displacement Mapping. It's a fabo technique, but I think most of us are cluless on which technique works best. Thanx!
Love Phlearn and love Liquify! Thanks!
How do you get the red-brush-preview to show up when you are adjusting the size of your brush? And thanks a lot for all your vids they rock.
in windows, ALT + right mousebutton (drag left or right)
Alexander W. THANKS THIS ACTUALLY JUST MADE MY LIFE SO MUCH EASIER
Daniel Monte haha you're welcome
Alexander W. for mac?
Muy buen video, gracias por compartir tus conocimientos

Such impressive work and very very clear and good tutorials! Thanks for that !!!
YOU are the VERY BEST and FUN to watch too !!!!!!
I really like your tutorials, they're enjoyable to follow! :))))
wow, just watched the tutorial, tried it out and ...easy thanks to Phlearn. Thanks.

Such awesome tutorials thank you!
Very nice tutorial!
Maybe you can put a few pixel wide freeze mask to the edge at her leg, so you won't get any transparency into the image. Am I right?
Thanks, excellent, and one question please: why create a new layer BEFORE making a stamp visible? Stamp visible alone will do same thing.
All your videos have helped me so much. thank u a lot. i have a question about this episode. most of the time the background becomes distorted when using liquify tool. how to fix this?
didn't know about freeze mask until now, thanks.
things are different in photoshop. it keeps motivating and more challenging on new stuffs that learning never stops..

This was an amazing tutorial on the Warp tool :D
Excellent work as always!
Fantastic as always!
I was wondering if you guys could do some of these videos :) ---
Make t-shirts have long sleeves
Make someone taller (Maybe adding high heels?)
Fix cooked teeth
Make a classic iPod image (one of those silhouettes with the white cable)
Add or remove sweat
I know this last one was mentioned before in a video however I'd love to use it - Add a tattoo using clip art (adding a tattoo that isn't on a person) I know you said the best way to add a tattoo is to take an image of a real tattoo. Your Are Awesome PHLEARN.
Aaron Nace is such a rockstar
Aaron, could you have used the freeze mask tool to protect the edge of the area that got moved when you applied the liquify tool?
thank you for all videos
Loved this Aaron. Thank you so much!
This tutorial blew my mind, thanks!!

Absolute wizard wow!!! I wish you can retouch LIFE
Nice tutorial! Won't the liquify tool wreak havoc on those pin-stripes when you're pushing and pulling the shape of her jacket?
Love you, Aaron!
Amazing Aaron!
This is so helpful for me, Thank you so much, God Bless.
Phantastic tutorial!

Wonderful tutorial, as all of them are! Was this done with Photoshop CC? I don't seem to have masking in liquify in CS6.
Amazing Tutorial! Thanks
LOVED IT LOVED IT LOVED IT!!!!!
