It's particularly poignant, as you can review the international political escalations leading up to and during WWII. You're spot on with your observations about how a magazine can encompass the psychology and interests of an entire generation. As fascinating as exploring an ancient time capsule defining a precise moment in time. For some period I was having a normal sleep, but for some reason my waking-up-in-the-middle-of-night-in-panic came back...Asmr or any meditation listening is helping me calm the crazy heart attacks and getting back to sleep. Sometimes I feel like i'm going crazy. I can't go to bed at 11pm because then I would wake up at 1 oclock at night....yet, If I go go bed at 1 am or 3 am, I'm melon in the morning. I refuse to take any medication and I feel Asmr or calm mantra musical videos are the best option for better sleep. Hope today would be better good night sleep. Oh i needed this today. thank you so much. i'm seriously going to order one of these pillows since i have not found one that will help me get a good nights sleep due to so many back and neck injuries. I am able to fall asleep for short periods but I always wake up in pain. I've tried so many different brands but none have worked good enough for me to have a full 8 hours (it's usually 2 or 3 max).. I'll keep you posted and let you know if my headaches and neck pains miracously get better even a small improvement would help me. Have a fabulous day.

Oh i needed this today. thank you so much. i'm seriously going to order one of these pillows since i have not found one that will help me get a good nights sleep due to so many back and neck injuries. I am able to fall asleep for short periods but I always wake up in pain. I've tried so many different brands but none have worked good enough for me to have a full 8 hours (it's usually 2 or 3 max).. I'll keep you posted and let you know if my headaches and neck pains miracously get better even a small improvement would help me. Have a fabulous day.

My favorite is the one from last year with Martha Stewart or when you sang a little bit from Michael Parks ( I've always loved his music) and when you talked about your horses.
