    I’m contemplating using thicker yarn for this project, so I was wondering if that may affect the pattern?

      @@AlyssaAlvarez11900 I think it was 5 or 6… I ended up adding long sleeves, so I recommend using thinner yarn for this, maybe size 3 or 4 maximum.

      @@cheylovesgod did it look ok w long sleeves? I’m scramming for patterns to use for my 5, I got too caught up w the coloring of the yarn and didn’t even bother to think of what projects I could use it for 😭

      @@AlyssaAlvarez11900 I used another tut for the sleeves. It took around three hours to do both but if you focus more it’ll take less time. I’ll link the video I used!

    • @takotak1787

      Heres the translation incase someone needs it also:
      "I think you have to be careful and wash at low temperature, sometimes the washing instructions are written on the labels of the balls but hand washing is recommended in all cases :)"
      I dont speak french so i had to translate it hehe, hope it helps! :D

    Okay wait I'm very confused rn. Since our M1 was the exact same as mine, I decided to do my M2 also the same as you did, but the proportions are way off? And it also doesn't make sense in the video, because according to your M1 and M2 (20" and 10") your M2 should be half M1, but it's longer than that. Could you please explain what M2 is based on? In the start of the video it says 'length of the cardigan', but how do you decide that? M1 is also the width of the cardigan (+5"), but there it still says the measurement is from shoulder to shoulder (+5")
    I'm currently in the midst of working on it and I can't just stop and go do something else, so I'd really like a reply, ty

    • @Khizibizi

      Hey, I just saw your comment and thought to clarify the measurements for you. So, as far as I know, you did the exact same M1 and M2 as her however M2 seems to be longer than M1, this usually happens if you use different sized yarn than said in the video. Just to clarify M2 is the length and M1 is shoulder to shoulder meaning the width, if you still find M2 longer than it should be, you should probably lessen the rows and keep it the length you want. (M2 is based on the width meaning right shoulder to the left shoulder and M2 is the length)

    • @scoobylinny

      @@Khizibizi so basically M1 and M2 would be the same? Or M2 is M1 without thw extra 5"?

    • @Khizibizi
      @Khizibizi

      M1 and M2 are different, M1 is SHOULDER TO SHOULDER, which is 20, and M2 is the LENGTH which is 10. If your M2 is longer than M1, then open it a bit and measure it with a measuring tape till 10 :)

    • @scoobylinny

      @@Khizibizi i feel so stupid bc you're explaining so well, but like what is M2 based on?

    • @Khizibizi
      @Khizibizi

      Oh no, don't say that, you're not stupid aha, sometimes we don't get the things yk, so basically M2 is based on width like from right shoulder to left shoulder and its the WIDTH whereas M1 is the LENGTH like from top to bottom
