Omg i can't believe it!!!! I was searching for a hexagon tut like this! i'm going to buy yarn in that shade that i can make this next week!Ur tutorials are the best♡ I made the giant crochet strawberry and it turned out so good! Thank you so much for your tutorials
A great tutorial, thank you! I made my cardigan in 4ply merino wool, it’s beautiful! It drapes nicely and despite being lightweight it’s very warm and cosy.
Started my cardigan last week, some notes to keep on track myself and for other people who might find these helpful: - I'm using a 4 mm crochet hook with a sostrene grene 100% cotton 8/4. I bought 13 balls of 50g/160m (which will be more than i need definitely. - Making a size Medium (M) for myself 174cm height and around 68 kg - i did make 25 rounds in the hexagon pattern for my perfect length. For one side without the sleeves i used around 3 balls of the yarn (it was a little less than 3 balls of yarn) - i like the yarn and my choosen hook size it turns out very nice (fabric) - i loooooove the stacked single crochet!!! i can really recommend it, it turns out soooo neat! - now i will join the sleeves and then probably add at least 4 rows to the bust, because i need more room in the back and a little in the front - i added 20 rows on the arms before making the wavy-edge for a little shorter sleeve on the arms (ends before the wrists) - the cardigan is a little bit bulky in the back when wearing, but i think thats just due to the construction and my own critical eye. - I used 9 balls of yarn! to see how the finished cardigan turned out: herzknits on ravelry will update this when i finish the cardigan
Hi! I'm working on this and love how easy it is. Can you explain why you have to turn your work and does it make a big different not turning cuz I see a lot of pattern which doesnt require to turn your work after each row? TIA!
Hi there! I'm doing this project but dont really know how to measure when to stop for the armhole... I keep thinking it's going to be too tight but the more rows, the bigger the sleeves get ofc. Can anyone enlight me? 🤔
Thank you for the tutorial! I just finished the first part, and it's going great. I was wondering, can I add some rows to increase the length, the same way you did for the width on the front? Greetings from Chile ✌
@ Yeah, I ended up adding rows to the bottom of the cardigan. It doesn’t look too bad, but you can tell they were added and aren’t part of the original pattern. I didn’t like it at first, but I got used to it eventually.
You can frog until the sleeves are a decent length, then add length to the body component by joining yarn (sew it in the shape first, then join yarn at the bottom body component)

even i was wondering the same thing, did you try to do that?

Why I thought it was way harder than this ! Thank youuu Hay Hay ✨✨😊
Did you chain one before working a 2 dc cluster?
i'm in love
How many grams of yarn did you use?
can you pls share the exact yarn colour and brand?
8:53 ..why are you crocheting 1 stitch before the 2 sc
Can anyone help?
u always chain one then do the stacked stitch
How many rounds should I do for a medium size?:)
Soo lovely 🥰
Hi, so I tried to make that kind of cardigan and when I almost finish crocheting it, the sleeve part was so big, and I'm about to cry(╥﹏╥)
Fret not. Turn the big sleeves into puff sleeves by decreasing the stitches at the cuff.
You could also pick one side for the sleeve and decrease the stitches to be straight instead of bell shape. It takes practice.
You can frog until the sleeves are a decent length, then add length to the body component by joining yarn (sew it in the shape first, then join yarn at the bottom body component)
Boa tarde lindo croche coloca legenda em português pra nós 😊 um abraço
doing this with size 1 yarn is NOT for the weak😭🙏
How many balls of yarn did u use please🥺🥺🙏🏽
Description says *(I used 9 skeins/approx. 450 grams of a weight 3 yarn}* :)
@@wellenhelenThat means 1 roll weighs 50 grams, right?
@@natasyanatasya7458 yea, I guess so
i used 3,5 yarn (nako elit baby)
🥰🥰🥰🎉🎉🌹❤
