    I think it’s around €4M.. but what i’m more curious is how much is the monthly service charge going to cost 🤔

      A little bit less ☺️ as a property owner you pay about 7,500-8,000 Euro a year. As a tenant about 350 Euro a month. Plus electricity.

      @@shangtsung7183 its a lot of apartments in that building.. So the advantage is the building expenses are distributed by all those apartments.

      @@shangtsung7183 I am pretty sure that includes heating costs. It also depends if it has a concierge, swimming pool, property taxes, etc.

      There are at least two shops in Monaco where you can buy home appliances. Plus you can drive to Italy or France. Usually apartments in condos include parking spaces in the price. Please check available apartments and the prices here: www.valeri-agency.com/en/

    I just subscribed and find your channel very informative....however I think renting an apartment would be more my speed. Curious of how much rents are.....I'd pay up to maybe 5000 euro a month

    I would prefer this over some of the high end apartments. It has everything you need and a separate kitchen. Whoever dreamed up the open plan living in apartments is an idiot. Loath open kitchens

    A luxurious 'ghetto', another asphalt jungle outside with skyscrapers. Not an animal or a flower to be seen, not as much as a cat or a primrose! Yes, you certainly would need a good bathroom and toilet!

    all I can say is.. OMG.. if thats what 4 million euros buys you.. I am surprised anyone buys it at all..
    because for 4 million euros you actually are living in a poor 1 bedroom flat..
    for 4 million euros you could build a MANSION with swimming pool and 6 or 7 bedrooms etc in Ibiza.. or sardinia, or even along the coast of france or spain in smaller towns.
    4 million euros for 1 bedroom flat... OMG.. why do people buy this?

      No Income tax or capital gains tax. You could be praying 4 million a year in capital gains taxes to corrupt government.
