I am surprised anyone buys it at all.. because for 4 million euros you actually are living in a poor 1 bedroom flat.. for 4 million euros you could build a MANSION with swimming pool and 6 or 7 bedrooms etc in Ibiza.. or sardinia, or even along the coast of france or spain in smaller towns. 4 million euros for 1 bedroom flat... OMG.. why do people buy this?
A luxurious 'ghetto', another asphalt jungle outside with skyscrapers. Not an animal or a flower to be seen, not as much as a cat or a primrose! Yes, you certainly would need a good bathroom and toilet!

There are at least two shops in Monaco where you can buy home appliances. Plus you can drive to Italy or France. Usually apartments in condos include parking spaces in the price. Please check available apartments and the prices here: www.valeri-agency.com/en/
