So just an update. I've been selling my clutch cable relocations. Solving many peoples shifting issues without opening a single case. Let's keep putting that good information out there bro.
5:53 so can these take a kickstart ? I have a fuerza 125 and on my case cover it’s a opening for kickstart. Looks like someone capped it of with a odd screw and washer. Still drips oil. Wonder what to do about it. Sight glass or better block off??
@@bweezy96 oh. You opened both? Not sure if Amazon sent something different then. I know those vendors change. That clutch basket worked for me on two bikes no issues.
Idk i got my clone 2day and it sometimes wont shift while riding i dont know why i pull the clutch in and go to shift and it wont shift its tenpermental
Please put out a video on how to adjust these clutches correctly. Cause if that's it I'm baffled I've been adjusting clutches for about 30 years. 90% of these bikes can't shift well no matter what adjustment
@@bikebilderbear6786 I never had any issues shifting or actuation. I replaced it and it wasn’t going into neutral. After adjusting it works like before. Shifting is pretty smooth on my bike.
@freddieRODZ you are the first person I've heard say anything good about the way clones shift . Lucky you. Agen show us this adjustment process! I want to see the magic. Lol
@@bikebilderbear6786 yeah. We got 5 clones and none have hard shifting or clutch issues. They are very smooth when riding. Only mine I had to replace clutch after riding super hard with that 141 upgrade.
Having an issue with my clone shifting from first to second, into gear while riding, bike on. Like the clutch isn’t engaging. Could it be just a clutch cable adjustment tho? Or larger issue? The bike so far has ridden fine before but recently had this issue with shifting except when bike is turned off, I can manually cycle gears.
My clutch went out on a Vader. I just bought with under 500 miles on it going about 75. On my way home from work. Got it towed back home and working on it in the basement attempted to remove clutch cover, and somehow stripped the two bolts on the cover And broke my Phillips head. Help.??!??!?!!??
That’s usually the range. That’s enough at least for me. The roads around me are no more than 50mph speed limit so no need to go faster. If I want to go faster I got another bike for that 😅
Where did you get the side cover gasket!! Thank you for the video
I didn’t. I reused it. But you can find one on eBay.
Fix it Freddie back at it again! 🙌🏽 🔧
hell yea, nice thorough vid mayn. hopefully I won't have to do this for a while but thanks to this, will be confident when the time comes 🤘🤘🤘
Thank yo fam.

Do they make stuffer clutch springs for these?
Do I have to drain the oil before removing that cover
Yes
Is this part for the BD 125 - 10 vader
@@1DopeNation mines is a Vader
Noice work bro 👌 👏
Woot woot. Let’s gooooo!!
Zayummm you so smart. Nice video
I try
Where did you find the new gasket
eBay. Search for lifan engine gasket
I'm confused how that new clutch worked for you. I bought it and it's only got 2 friction plates which these need 3. Any thoughts?
I mean. If you got one that didn’t have the same amount of plates. It’s not the same one.
I ordered the one you linked in the description @@freddieRODZ

💪💪💪 Thank you for this
No problem 👍
What size is the socket tool to get the bolt for the clutch out?
I used the same tool as you would in a crf 50
Any idea where to get the clutch cover gasket?
eBay they sell them on a pack. For the lifan engines
Hey where did you get that blue speedometer overlay?
I made it with some vinyl
@@freddieRODZ I was hoping you weren't gonna say that lol. Looks clean.

Adjust the cable. Find the sweet spot. All bikes are different
Nice Pride color scheme
@@milekh6681 thank you 🙏
Dont forget to push the tabs back down and soak the clutch in oil b4 putting it in
What frame and axle slider do you have
Axle sliders are from MKStunts.
I think I am having the same problem bro my bike won’t move just like that I just bought a new clutch pack I can’t wait cuz now I can do it myself
How many teeth is the clutch if you don’t mind me asking trying to find one but there’s a 18 and 17 teeth
i think thats it its like 18 inside and 17 outside is the one i got
Awesome video bro. I have a video I worked out a fix for the rough shifting and poor cluck actuation.
Nice. Yea. Mine is pretty smooth now after adjusting it. 👌

Yo Rodz wuddup bro bro? Quick question. What clutch plate are you using? I’ve been trying to figure out if the chimera plate will fit the Vader?
These are from eBay. The grom plates will not work you need to find one that fits a 50cc to 150cc. It has 17tooth/18tooth inner.
@@freddieRODZ oh aight. Good looking out my guy I appreciate it 🫡

Try the cable.
That clutch is compatible with the dongfang 125 2023
@@dionicioduran171 does the engine look like this one? I’m sure it can be the same. I mean the clutch it’s $20-40. Open it up and see if it matches
@freddieRODZ ok thankyou
Did you go with 17 tooth or 18 tooth
For the clutch? Yes.
are you still using stock battery?
No. I’m using a chrome battery. From Amazon

Use an extractor to remove those screws.
Love the vids and hoe u post links and even show how easy it is to do it yourself much love
Thanks
I’m running 73mph on my clone.
Nice. Yea. I’m comfortable now in the 55/60 range. I’m heavy set so don’t mind it
@@freddieRODZyeah I like the lower rpm range. Being a daily I don’t want redline for 30 miles at a time. And in all fairness I’m not a big guy.
@@tobbiehelms283 yea. Same. But it’s all good. Running until it blows up and then replace the piston again lol.
