post heart attack update 5/21/22

I am forgetting which day this actually is (2nd, 3rd, etc) after coming home from my hospital stay, so I think I'll just call them post HA update and the date it was recorded going forward.
I'm very sorry for the wind in the audio, I had no idea it sounded like that when it was being recorded.
