  • After posting our review of the 369 cleanse, I know a lot of you are also interested in doing the cleanse and I want you to have the best experience possible. So I thought I’d come up with a number of salad dressings that don’t include oil, vinegar, salt, or sugar but still taste good! They’re made up of the same ingredients that are allowed to go in the salad and they’re super simple to make.

    I am so impressed with Lalo. First because he gives honor to Anthony William's Cleanse To Heal book, which allows viewers to discover the book and find their own healing. And second, because (being that I am in the midst of the 369 cleanse myself) Lalo gifts us with his creative and tasty recipes which can only up-level our enjoyment of the salads. Thank you and bravo!

    I'm so happy I found this channel! I've been doing this MM lifestyle since last August, and like you always shocked it the flavors. But I unlike you and not a chef. So grateful for your channel and can't wait to see what other lovely things you have in store for us.

    Thank you for taking the time to create all these beautiful fat-free dressings for the liver rescue cleanse. The video was so helpful!
    I’ve only done the cleanse once because it was so hard to eat that much food and then it just wasn’t enough flavor. Although I loved the results from the cleanse!👍
    I’m excited to try these out and to do the cleanse again I’ll get back to you on how it went! 🙏🏼

      I’m so happy it helped. I know it’s a little hard to do it I felt it too, and of course it’s not super tasty but sometimes we have to sacrifice some things in order to gain others.

      @@vegancookingmastery Well, do you have any ideas for MM dressings over my steamed veg and potatoes that I seem to eat most days? Sometimes I put garlic, pepper, lemon juice and honey, but I get bored with it. I just want some flavor so its not boring vegetables every day. Thanks!!

    You are fabulous. Dulse is pronounced like Duhls. Hope this helps. I had to look it up myself.

    Good quality Olive oil and other good healthy fats are crucial for liver and brain health and cleansing.

    I’m on Day 6 and have some of the same feedback of the 3:6:9 so far: poor sleep, bad dreams, peeing a lot, waking up with sinus pressure, am growing sick of apples (which I usually love having 1 with almond butter for breakfast or lunch- but not 2 or 4 a day) I’m also trying to clear up some eczema on my palms and heal faster so am hoping this works!

      Have you tried pear sauce instead of the apples it even spiced apple juice on page 290 so delish

    Hey Lalo ! I suggest that your differents sauces should be called "special juice or sauce for salad" and not "vinaigrette"... there is no vinegar 🥳

      369 cleanse says no ACV.
