Can you please make a video about exactly which points on the car you select to jack it up and which points on the car you place your jack stands I typically put my jack/stands on the edges where the pinch welds are
How did you get your front center bumper piece black like that? I would like to do that to mine but dont want it to look like a hack job by painting it
Plasti dip, sold on a spray can in any auto store, just make sure to mask off very well the front shield and anything else for overspray. It’s removable if you don’t like it.
It should say under the hood, mine has 5w20. 0w20 is really thin almost like water and is mostly used for winter for better flow although i think newer cars are using 0w20 now. Just stick to whats recomended on the car :)
AJITH KRISHNAN if you have you’re vehicles manual it will tell you how many liters or quarts to pour in, mine it said 4.5 And also it will depend what year is your car, www.paulstravelpictures.com/Mitsubishi-Lancer-MIVEC-Engine-Oil-Change-Guide/. Check this link it will tell you the quantity on model and year of the car and how to perform the oil change.
@@SVPractical So on the pinch weld sill?? Didn't look like that in the video, thought it was a chassis rail. Okay then all I will need to do is stabilise the sill so it doesn't bend!
xDiiThy well normally i put the stands on the frame rail, don’t remember why i put them there, it was safe for me check this picture, this is where i locate the stands, you can place them in different places on the frame. Where can I find the part that goes on the drain plug? (The little round thing you recommended to replace every time)
Juan Palacios you can find the drain plug gasket on any auto parts store, or online, searching with the vehicle information.
0w20? For the tenperatures where I live, the manual says 20w50...
Fel Ta yeah, for each climate is different, that’s why yo have to follow the manual for which type to use.

Hi Salveca, Where do you place the jack/axle stands? On the side sill or somewhere else?
xDiiThy i place the Jack stands normally where you would place the floor jack to lift the car to change a tire.
