Great concert.
Man, as I get into my 40's, and growing increasingly depressed with life and the world around me, I'm getting more nostalgic for the 90's (especially music and TV).
Returning to shows and groups from that era mostly brings me nothing but pleasure, but Seinfeld and Frasier with TV, and Counting Crows with music, have been so much a huge part of my life from then on, and my comfort blanket during the worse times, that that pleasure is mixed with so many other emotions of things I associate them with that there's always a tinge of sadness mixed with the pleasure - I guess the price of a memory is the memory of the sorrow it brings.
But, God, I love this group, and Adam's lyrics and plaintive vocals, so much. A huge thank you to all of those who put these wonderful concerts up on TH-cam. 👍

I keep watching Murder of One..I'm 58 years old. This song always repeats in my head and in my life.. I continually have a person like this in my life, that I want to help and get them on to a happier life
This is awesome!!! I spent years and years listening to pretty much only these guys, truly love Adam and his voice. Was very hard to ever find live footage of them for the longest time- so happy to see find this concert!!
Lmao. I thought I was the only one listening to noone else but counting crows for monthes and monthes straight. Glad to see im not. Cant find anything else as good. And each show is so different.
Yeah, I spent my later teens and uni years listening to pretty much Counting Crows (and Matchbox Twenty).
Adam's lyrics and plaintive vocals pretty much summed up my feelings then - and they still do, really - and got me through those times.
I listen to some other groups as well nowadays, but still mostly CC and M20 / Rob Thomas.
I've only got to see Counting Crows twice here in the UK, and can't get any live DVD's apart from the Live At Town Hall one, so these concerts on TH-cam are a joy to watch and I come back to them so often. 😀

So amazing.such true honest art.I was 1 of the lucky people.who got to hear true heart in 1995.my grandmother who was the greatest used to take me down south street in Philadelphia.and she bought me thievish magpies&the ghost in me.I loved her so much.she gave her whole life.she never wanted or needed anything.but long story short a guy in highschool who was the only other crows fan I knew let me borrow true heart& I let him borrow mine.& I recorded it on cassette.

In 95 the soundboard guy went crazy went back to his hometown in Chico gave away his car to my friend and in the trunk were hundreds of soundboard shows.. I got a couple of them one of them was called Jo's crows I think it was Barcelona 94? Either way it was the best live album I've ever heard.. he talks about staying in a room Rome when he's talking to the crowd.. I'm really hoping this is the show...
I love Counting Crows. I love watching the live shows i find(like this one) I Love everything about this concert. Adams voice is amazing. The different styles of singing he has are all beautiful He's so hot !

I have literally listened and watched this hundreds of times. Lmfao. I suddenly noticed in one part of the interview Adam is just answering with the raining in Baltimore lyrics. When he says there r no answers in the songs. And Hes not sure if its possible to change. I laughed so hard to finally notice what he did there and not have noticed before

Sweet Jesus! Adam is actually singing and not talking the songs and making up lyrics and adding non sense to the song or singing other songs in the middle of a different song. I love them but they absolutely suck live. I would pay my entire paycheck if he would atleast attempt to sing the songs the way they sound on the album

ich kann mir gar nicht vorstellen, wie es ist, unter dem Schatten dieser Krankheit zu leben.
Seitdem ich deinen Kommentar gelesen habe, bin ich oft im Gedanken bei dir. Ich wünsche dir viel Kraft und freue mich, dass dir Adam's unverblümte Welle der Gefühle in seinen Songs ebenfalls die nötige Ruhe für die Hürden des Lebens gibt.
