I really love the idea you had for inktober - I might try this next year if you are ok with that? I have so much work I never put on my insta grid. You cropped some of your pieces right, to make it more relevant to the daily theme? I agree with what you said about ADs potentially using Instagram as a way of looking at portfolios. I think I got a job through insta recently - I followed and interacted with an account, not knowing that they would soon be releasing a book, and they followed me back and put my work forward for the brief for their book cover. I was like, wow, all the time I spend on the app is finally paying off!
Of course you can use that idea 🥺 I don't even think it's exclusively mine lol. It's cool/promising to hear that actual art directors have been finding your work through social media! Go you!

BTW yes I would crop the artwork to suit the prompts; I would also isolate, revamp etc. whatever necessary (but I'm also a perfectionist lol)
