      True...i think she wasn't cut out to be as famous and scrutenised...in the Frank Era she was always smily, bubbly...once she hit the top charts...i never saw a single picture or footage where she had a smile on her face. Success contributed destroying her in the same time she is pure genuine talent an icone really . Artists like her you have une per hundred years ! Plus ...she is fascinating she has a real aura/charisma when she starts to sing the entire audience stays silent or sings along ...it tells it all right 😎! It was impossible to not love her work she would have hit the top in anyways. She was totally genuine she put her guts in her lyrics litteraly, she was fragile she couldn't handle it ...i wouldn't either if we put ourselves in her shoes 5 minutes.... it's a living hell really ...it's so heartbreaking..... I find it rather wicked to call people psychologically weak; the same people who took all the pain they had in their hearts and turned it into art for other people's enjoyment and criticism. Every member of the 27 Club has saved more lives than we could ever truly quantify and their contribution to our world's history outweighs anything in that charlatan's rubbish little book.

    I remember listening to the album “Frank” a lot. When I saw the “Back to Black” US cover and saw the “Rehab” video I felt very concerned because she didn’t look the same. I’m not referring to style either. It felt like the sparkle in her eyes had dimmed. It just got worse and worse. I wish the people around her truly loved her.

    I loved Amy Winehouse. She was born two days after me in the same birth year. She’s one of a kind. Beautiful, soulful, and abundantly talented. The paparazzi, her ex husband, and father were her undoing. Thank you Ms. Karine for creating this video. You’re always on it!

    She was introduced to hard drugs by her then husband Blake. And she started cutting herself because her husband was doing it. So it was hard for her to leave her husband because she was also addicted to him. There are people who think that he had ruined her life

      Amy first self-harmed when she was about 10 years old, it became normal in her life by her early 20s. She dealt with that issue long before Blake, he just worsened it.

    Amy is MY GIRL! She is a beautiful, talented, sensitive, funny, intelligent, real, person. She is my favorite artist of all time. And I have been around for awhile. I remember the sheer hell, she was put through,by the vicious "press". She had her problems, like all of us, but she had a heart bigger then the universe! She was only 4' 10" tall,but was a powerful force of nature.
    Thank you, for your tender,and thoughtful video,on this beautiful soul. ❤️☮️🌱 P s. Back to Black is one of thee greatest recordings OF ALL TIME! 🖤

    I really like her music. Amy Winehouse was very talented. And her kindness really showed that she enjoyed giving back to others. I think it's so sad how she passed away. But I do believe she had childhood trauma that she probably hadn't dealt with. And plus the paparazzi did contribute to it as well. The way they stalked her every move was very disturbing. I think that she deserve the right to have privacy and not have her whole life scrutinized. I pray that she can be at peace now. Thank you Karine for sharing!!! Sending you, Karine and everyone here love, light and good deeds.

    We were the same age. I knew so many people growing up who had drug and alcohol problems, me included. So many died before they made it to 30. It's crazy to think that we were the generation who attended mandatory D.A.R.E. classes in school. Yet, many of us ended up being so messed up! 😞

    • @emiemilia6219
      @emiemilia6219 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      We also had D.A.R.E. in our school as well, and it struck a nerve with me personally - seeing many people due from drug use and abuse of smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol broke my heart completely. I'm glad I never succumbed to drugs and alcohol. The D.A.R.E program molded me into the woman I am today (NEVER once got into drugs, partying/party culture, or drank - only sipped once - an alcoholic drink). Praise God, I pray the next generation after us learns the destruction of drug + alcohol use.

    I remember the first time I ever heard of Amy Winehouse. I was up one night scrolling through channels because I couldn’t sleep & came across MTV 45th at night introduces Amy Winehouse. I was instantly captivated by her & have loved her ever since. She was a once in a lifetime talent & I loved how she was unapologetically her. She didn’t care about the fame she just wanted to create beautiful music which she did. I may not have known her personally but I miss her deeply. RIP beautiful soul.

      Amy had a far better sense of style than her. Just judging by her Fred Perry collection and over overall style throughout the years, she also made simplicity fashionable. Though tbh she's the only singer who could go on stage in a tanktop and daisy dukes or skinny jeans and look hot in it.
