Big help!!! My mom had a neck pain and she cannot move her neck. Doubted it neck spasm because of her poor posture I noticed for how many days . When i touched the painful area it was too tensed and luckily ran through here and decided to give her massage to ease the pain. After 15 mins following this, she can now slowly move her neck and the muscle started to relax. Thank you for this!

Wow! it turned out that the massage technique my wife did to me was correct. I used to ask my wife to massage my upper back and neck area when I had a headache after eating cholesterol foods. her massage was so comfy that it put me to sleep right away 😅

I’m practically exactly 12 yrs old. my mom has had trouble sleeping and works 14 hours a day. she comes home extremely tired and she still has work to do. i feel like massaging makes her sleepy and relaxed as she gets better sleep when i massage her. i will use these maybe 1 or 2 of these techniques to help her more.

You have to close your eyes and tap your elbow 12 times, as you doing that do 2 jumping jacks between every tap.
