Wow yummy I was wanting to jump through the camera and grab a piece definitely going to make this with spaghetti this weekend thanks so much for this recipe 😀
That looks delicious 😋 I used your pizza dough recipe this week it was a hit. I bought kumut from Azure a few months ago now I can't get it again. I even check out my Amish store without finding any. I guess I'm going to have to order on line. Thanks for sharing your recipes. I'm not bothered by the lighting and didn't notice you mic issues. I'm here to learn😊ty
Yay! Thank you so much! Yes, Kamut is getting a little more difficult to find, places are selling it super fast now! I am happy to hear that! Thanks again!
Oh yum! Another to add to my challenge list in this journey of learning to bake and mill my own FMF. Wow. Thank you Kara for all the great videos n your fb group page. 👏🏼👏🏼💕 BTW any reason you didn’t use the beater bowl and ballon whisk attachments? I think it might be faster to whip up cream/butter Also sound was great n didn’t notice any issue w light
Yay! Let me know what you think! I used the bowl with the roller and scraper, just because I wanted to try it. LOL. Also, saved me extra dishes to wash because I was already using that later to make the dough. I am happy to hear you are enjoying the videos and FB group! Thank you so much!
I typically always knead my dough around the 2 o'clock position, but occasionally I will take it to the 3 o'clock. While whipping the cream to make the butter I starter slow, then turned it all the way max speed. I hope that helps! Happy Baking!
I do mill my flour to the finest setting for just about everything except for cream of wheat type things. I made a short video showing how to adjust your grain mill to fine flour with the Nutrimill Harvest Grain Mill (my mill.) th-cam.com/users/shortsGNOt93woIS8?si=d1UXIlSyX4RFXTrV
I think your videos turn out great. Haven't noticed need for lights and such.

In the future can you tell us what speed you are turning it to?

Do you ground bread flour at the smallest setting on your grain mill?
I do mill my flour to the finest setting for just about everything except for cream of wheat type things. I made a short video showing how to adjust your grain mill to fine flour with the Nutrimill Harvest Grain Mill (my mill.) th-cam.com/users/shortsGNOt93woIS8?si=d1UXIlSyX4RFXTrV
@GrainsInSmallPlaces Thanks so much. I ordered a Komo, and there are not many TH-cam video on this one.
Putting it in cheesecloth and squeezing it will get that liquid out.
Thanks for the tip!
Booo just kidding looks yummy😂🎉
🤣🤣🤣 Thanks!
