    Great work Francois, loved this and hope your allergies settle down a bit 😅 this looked like a lovely route. You and Mike have got me motivated to go out in search of my local FKT routes, got one Brighton to Eastbourne I want to attempt at some point.

    All this FKT action is giving me FOMO maybe it could be something for me to do when I am feeling up to it 😊👍 when ai get to the top I always say "run off the top" then I go. It's like a little ritual 🤣 Great running Francois. Top video bud! 😎🤘

    Training is just an extension of the race, if you want to carry on running at the top of the hill in the race you better do it in training 😉

      Agreed. But that mindset doesn’t apply to everyone. ‘Shortcuts’ in training are easier to accept but heavily effect and could actually become the norm during the race. What I’m saying is, some people are lazier than others in training! 😂 But that depends on personal mindset, goals and motivation. Thanks for the comment. 👍
