Hey Zac! I have pinching and pain in my anterior part of my ankle when trying to dorsiflex. It feels blocked and I get 0 stretching sensation in my calf. I have 0 dorsiflexion in that ankle and I can’t get any. MRI showed everything to be fine. X-Ray showed bone spurs which I got removed from surgery not to long ago. Since then I’ve had the same pinching and nothing has changed. Ive literally tried everything I can find on the internet and have even seen physical therapist. It feels like my subtalar joint is stuck and won’t let me access pronation. I notice that my arch doesn’t drop but both of my feet also appear “over pronated”. I think my heel is stuck in inversion.. What are your thoughts on this ? Anything would help.. Thank you !
So my legs shiver when I tense them. I feel it's because of my feet as when I put pressure of my toes by taking heel of the ground while sitting, they starts shivering. If you've seen this condition before, can you please let me know the cure for it? Thanks in advance.

It’s hard to say without seeing you, but glad you got structural stuff ruled out. The vids here may help, also see hip IR loss with this presentation. This vid may be helpful - th-cam.com/video/ePRHEB3_ml4/w-d-xo.html
I have really high arches and I am almost always barefoot. I have begun to get plantar fasciitis after good long walks (wearing shoes of course) and my husband swears it’s because I need arch support. Please tell me this isn’t so!! 😩I can’t imagine having shoes on all the time. I enjoy bare feet. (My dad used to call me the barefoot contessa. ☺️ ) In any case, I will start these exercises today. Let’s see what happens. Thanks.

Hi there, how is the triangular shaped thing called, you do the early stance squat onto?
So do you wait until you're done mid stand to move on?
Great information. Thank you 🙏🏼
You bet!

When i do the walking wall squat, i feel like if i pushed against the wall I would fall backwards. Is this ankle mobility?
Usually here you need to make sure you aren’t losing big toe base contact or letting the knees drift
So my legs shiver when I tense them. I feel it's because of my feet as when I put pressure of my toes by taking heel of the ground while sitting, they starts shivering.
