    Thanks for the video, Now I am 23 years old and started feeling discomfort with all my body structure and movement, did not know this all due to my flat foot, I hope with your help and guidance I can significantly reduce these discomforts. 😊

    Can you teach me how to hinge with flat feet? I have limited internal rotation and full external rotation and posterior tibialis dysfunction and hallux rigidus

    Thanks for this! Would you ever consider sticking a little recap image toward the end of your videos that we can screenshot to take with us when we go to the gym (with the exercises and sets/reps/frequency)?
