First, I moved to Vegas 5yrs ago and used Laci as my realtor. She’s the best! Don’t even think about it, just use her. Second, I looked at dozens of homes all over the valley, and wound up in the NW. Best decision ever. This area reminds me more of the traditional neighborhoods in the Midwest. And, super quick access to the 95 and 215 major highways. Finally, the NW and parts of Summerlin are commonly 3-7 degrees cooler than the rest of the valley in the summer. This is a big deal in July and August.
Thank you for that amazing compliment and recommendation! So happy I was able to help you. And thank you for adding your insights....I know others will find that very valuable! 😊
Laci's videos got us to the Northwest, 10 days here and still unpacking. We have noticed folks are super friendly and helpful here, that says a lot about a neighborhood. Can't wait to explore the local businesses.
💛💛💛
I fell head over heels for the NW the first time I saw it with my tour of LV in 2019 thanks to Laci. She and her team are the best. Bought a home in the fall of 2020 in Skye Canyon and made the move from North Carolina in Feb 2021. Looking forward to seeing all the growth coming to this area. It's been a wonderful 2.5 years thus far. As always, thanks Laci.
You are most welcome! So glad we were able to help you! Glad to have you be a Las Vegas local!!!
If you had to do it all over again, would you move to Skye Canyon or somewhere else now that you've been there for a bit? Or something like Sunstone, a community close to Canyon and just getting started.
@@vincentreo2923 I wouldn't change a thing.
Northwest always
Laci, I look forward to seeing these great informative videos. You have been such a great source for all things Las Vegas and it's been so very helpful to me while I prepare for my move. Many thanks!
You are so welcome! And if you need anything specific as you prepare to move here, you know I'm just a message or call away!
Been here since 2020 and still love watching your TH-cam! I’m so happy I moved to Vegas and also opened up two businesses!
Wow, you got to open up 2 businesses already and you've only been here for 3 years?! That is AWESOME! Thank you sooooo much for your support!
I’ll be joining y’all very soon !!! I’m so excited
Can you compare Sunstone master plan community vs Inspirada
I love your energy and information!!
Thank you so much!
You knock it out of the park Laci! Wish you had a summerland video. Keep ‘em coming! We will be in Vegas in January and will look you up! Thank you!
I have a few Summerlin videos on here! But maybe I need to create one that is strictly devoted to Summerlin somehow! 😊
@@LasVegasGal I couldn’t find them but I’ll look again. 😃 summerland oh geeeez! Summerlin ! Stored your cell in my phone. That’s why I never heard you calling. We will be in Vegas soon
Northwest sounds great! I’ve gotta quite watching your videos… 😂
We used to live SW, moved out of state a couple years and now moved back to NW side in Skye Hills. One thing you didn't mention in the SW is the abundance of Asian restaurants and food. We loved that in the SW. There are lots of Asian families in that area and we always had positive experiences with the people in the SW.
We chose not to go back SW primarily because we found a dream new single story in NW and the NW is a bit quieter. The SW has grown a ton and has a lot busier and congested feel than it used to.
Hey @tmccaw21! Thankyou for sharing your insights when it comes to Southwest vs. Northwest! Glad you found your dream home, too... I'm sure you're enjoying being back in Sin City, right? 😄
Absolutely! While beautiful, Oregon wasn't our cup of tea and we discovered we truly belong in the desert southwest. So glad to be back in Vegas
Awesome video Laci!!! I hope you are doing well!!!
WOW! It’s a tie! Both so cool! ❤ LVG w natural background .. gorgeous!
Thank you! 🤗
Love these moving guides!
💛💛💛
Always a Awesome video 🥰
You're the best! Thank you!
Thank you for a good informative video.
You're always welcome! 💛
Great Video, thank you Laci!
Glad you liked it!💛
Awesome video Laci! Thanks for the information.
It's my pleasure. Thank you for watching and commenting, @niokascott6647!!!
I love it 😎🛫
💛💛💛
You remind me of Kate from John n Kate plus 8 so much in a good way of course
Maybe the haircut? But thank you for adding the "in a good way." 😀
Las Vegas is growing. They should have plans for subway system, like most major usa cities
More efficient
Environmental friendly
Cities should be designed like Europe. More pedestrian friendly, less car dependent
You raise good points there!
Queen Laci putting on full display why she's the best Vegas real estate expert. She'd actually be my realtor later this year when I move to Vegas if I felt I'd be working directly and only with her and not her assistants. I'm talking caravanning together, touring together and the rest. But as someone who will spend between 500-600k I don't see that happening. And that's ok.
Aww, I'm thankful for the compliment. You know, as much as I would love to work with people directly and take all the benefits for myself, all those who work with me and my team deserve the time and attention you need to find your dream homes. I'm still here, but my team also support what we're doing for the business...and the number one aim is to help you guys find a home you are happy with in Las Vegas!
That's a very appropriate dress for keeping your cool in that hot weather. High heat never bothered me. But, combine it with high humidity and it can be miserable. That's why I hated Florida. Nevada has dry heat which I really like : )
Hey there! Thank you! Yes, I'm well and keeping busy. Hope you are too!!!!
Excellent freakin report 😂
Thank you! I do try. 😀
Great Analogy Laci. I'm leaning more condo than home. Spring valley has a lot of condo's, but the North West looks a bit more scenic. Decisions Decisions....... I'm coming the week of Sept 18th and will be interviewing for work, expect a call.
Counting down the days! Thank you...hope these videos are, at least, giving you more clarity on the decisions you need to make! 😊
nice video .. now what about north middle and the east side hopefully thats next video .. thanks
Adding that to the list!
That Uncommon area looks promising. I’m in the NW, and like you said, fewer amenities. I go to Tivoli Village A LOT to Leone cafe (there’s really NOTHING else there around 11am! Tivoli LOOKS great, but the place is a ghost town….Pandemic retail closures maybe?!) Although I think the dinner places there are great. I find Henderson and Summerlin (especially) overrated. …..What’s the big deal?!? (I’m from SoCal….so spoiled). I do like North Italia, however. I hope they develop MORE decent retail, and restaurants (similar to Uncommon) in the NW area!!
Yeah, the pandemic really did a number on us...but I'm sure it's the same all over the world. Now that it's over, I think there's a lot to look forward to. I'm sure things are going to be picking back up!
One minor correction to what LV Gal said about the Northwest and that was inferring Silverstone Golf Course is open, when it's been closed for several years with no signs of it ever reopening. Otherwise, she's fairly spot on in describing both parts of town.
Thank you for the correction and the compliment! I appreciate you watching!
What’s better say 55+ community in summerlin or buying a condo in the pueblos or lone mountain area ? condos seem nicer and have more to offer in amenities in a 55+ community than outside those places. Whadda ya think ? Thanks
I would totally be open to both, but you really have to take a look at your personal vibe and what you possibly want to get out of living in Las Vegas. I have a huge question. So I'm planning one day to relocate to Las Vegas. I want to look into purchasing a condo since I have no family so it's just me. I will be a first time home buyer. So where should my credit/fico score be at? Not sure what I'm going to be doing for work yet either. So is there some info I can start doing some research on? Thanks
Hey @doglaselliottjr1279! That is a great question and one that Amber can give you a more detailed insight on. Why don't we connect you to Amber so you can get the answer straight from the expert AND ask any follow up questions. Amber is great at giving you a full picture of what you need to really prepare you. If you fill out the form here: bit.ly/LVGRealEstate we'll reach out to you. 😊
South Florida resident considering Vegas. It seems similar to south Florida minus the beach and water. I like the idea of being able to ride motorcycle in desert and mountains. Seems Summerlin and Henderson would be best option. I am concerned about the seedy side of things there and the heat.
I don't blame you for being concerned, @dougscott188. I just think that Las Vegas is like all the major cities. There are definitely areas you want to be cautious of. And this dry heat is no joke. You should try it out for a little bit though, before you consider moving. Maybe an extended vacation just to see if Las Vegas is something you can handle...what do you think?
@@LasVegasGal yep we would probably do that. My wife’s aunt lives in Henderson but she is on Oregon this time of year.
Do you have any videos that go into renting in both of these areas?
Hi there! I don't do a lot of renting videos on my channel, sadly, but I am happy to answer questios. Feel free tos set up a call with me.

Looking to move the end of 2024! And looking to buy air b and b properties! Would love to keep in touch and get some help

Thanks so much for your help! I own a plumbing business here in the state of Delaware! I’m looking to sell everything and start over in Las Vegas! Was just there for Christmas week and love the area! Not a big party person so not concerned with the strip but love the feeling that entertainment is just a few miles away! No idea what I want to do as a career moving forward but very interested in buying a smaller starter property out right then getting 1 or more rental properties to start! I am a master plumber(but don’t really want to do plumbing as a job moving forward) and I build/ remodel homes for fun as my hobby! So the real estate field seems like a nice fit, and with my air b and b experience I feel I could surely do a better job then most hosts! And Vegas seems like the market would be great for this very thing! Thanks for your time, I look forward to working with you in the future! Keep in touch and hopefully we can make the switch as smooth as possible! As well as become a great team 🎉 much love!!! Kenny Z ❤
Looking to buy a home before may of 2024 when lease is up . We r in enterprise currently and like this side of town

I have an impotant announcement regarding major future home value appreciation or depreciation in the SouthWest in the next 3 years, , but I'll only provide it, once I know you see this comment
and you help me investigate it further,
I don't think I can help investigate it further. But I'm sure we'd all be happy to hear your announcment
@@LasVegasGal Sorry to sound like a tease, but it' best I not say anything until this latest Middle East situation, calms down, (we might be looking at the earliest seeds of a limited WW3, now that Israel is directly bombing areas in IRAN again) oil and energy production that get's limited from the middle east, can effect all kinds of maco and local city ecoomy's in ways, we can't predict, so better not to assume long term billion dollar projects in the Las Vegas valley are a done deal, in such precarious times, if my view changes by the end of summer, we can revisit this topic again. P.S. No other local vegas content channels have done a Mt Charleston update, (it's really beatiful there before it get's too hot, like late April/early May, or mid Sept to mid Oct)
Perfect hair and face…..Laci you are the frickin best. Can we get married? 😉
😆 Well, this is Las Vegas. You will never know what can happen, right? 😄
why doesn't anyone talk about the NE/East side of LV?
I have it on my list...so be sure to stay tuned! 😉
I'll be looking in q3 2024
I'll be here and ready to help out when you are ready!
i look forward to working with you @@LasVegasGal
🍈🍈 stay cool in the heat
If you wanted to buy a house for $500k or less, what area would appreciate the most?
Well, our current median home price across the city is $460k so $500 is a pretty commmon price point. I really like Green Valley/Henderson, the Southwest and Northwest for under $500k.
so im guessing the east side of Vegas is where you dont wanna live?
Stay tuned to find out in a future video! 😉
Meet me. Let’s do lunch. Or dinner.
Hey @metalbill. Schedule's been crazy... perhaps in the near future!
