- Today's adventure takes us away from the Las Vegas Strip, and out to the neighborhoods - in fact, the fastest growing area of the valley, called Enterprise, Nevada. It's a 66-square-mile tract of land, home to nearly a quarter million residents, and there is a lot to love about it! In a quick 20 minutes, we will visit the brand new Durango Casino & Resort (we love it), the only Zippy's diner on the mainland, a brunch concept called Toasted, and whatever else we think is interesting. Join us!

Thank you for showing us all parts of Vegas. There is a whole lot more to Vegas than the strip.
I just Love Paula's exuberance, laughing every other comment she makes.
She is an inspiration for me to be happier!
Cocaine is a Helluva drug !
Sports lounge The George is awesome love the TV’s inside the bar area. They did a great job on this property.
Yes, the lobby at the Durango is STUNNING! Same with the Bel Aire lounge. VERY, VERY California, gorgeous!!
Great video...looking forward to zippy & other Hawaiian street food place

Durango is pretty nice, great rooms. It's a bit pricey but high quality. Food was amazing! Great job on the video
Fabulous video!!! 👍😎
Great Stuff ! Thanks for Posting Dale and Paula !
Durango looks like a great spot to do some remote work and have a drink and a bite. ❤
Dale and Paula your videos make me happy. For a time, I find myself smiling and laughing and yes taking notes! Thank you for showing us everything Las Vegas!!! 🌸🌸🌸😊😁❤️❤️❤️
Dale going elsewhere rather than wait for a table at Zippy's reminds me of what baseball great Yogi Berra once said about his favorite restaurant, "Nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded!"😂Great to show some "off The Strip" locations which might be of interest to those who have made numerous trips to Vegas and want to see something new.
My house made it into the video! SW Vegas is the best! Thanks for making this video neighbors!
That’s awesome of toasted ❤
Always enjoy watching your videos! Awesome! 💙💙
Such a tasteful, buzzing new hotel! Exciting news about Brightline. Ps that sandwich looked like a Monte Blizzard!

Loved this tour of the Valley! So much room to grow and it will! Thanks looking forward to more! Karla in Cali.
Another great video. Nice to see the new resort and good too see you both looking so well.
Loved this! Look like fun places to eat! Thank you.
Enjoyed the video! (Paula, Your turquoise necklace is beautiful by the way. )
I absolutely love the food choices at the Durango - burgers, pizza, ice cream and pasta! And what a great design for watching sports. Your video ready got me fired up about this place. And Dale, I see we can play KENO there! Yea!! I live alone in Massachusetts (I'm 68) and man would I love to sell my house and buy a place in Vegas - and Enterprise (the region not the rental car company) seems like a beautiful location. Guess I better win big next month when I go on my annual Vegas vacation! Thanks for another awesome video, Paula and Dale.
What a neat video!! Thx for sharing with us❤️
Thank you for filming at the Durango. I was in Vegas in Sept and missed the opening. Look forward to visiting upon my return. Happy belated New Year! God bless! Stay well!
Got to check out the new Durango Casino!!! Thanks for another great video!
Yes. We did enjoy this delightful video.
Your scarf looks so pretty on you 🥰
Can’t wait to have Spam musubi at Zippy’s!
I enjoy seeing away from the strip. 👍
Nice video. Love when you take us off the strip.
Wonderful video ❤
Another Homerun!!! ❤ 🍻 thank you Paula and Dale !! Happy New Year!!
I love this video. My niece is a TH-cam influencer and lives in Southern Highlands. I just love visiting her. The best part of Vegas!
Another great informative video. I especially like the news about the train. Seems they’ve been talking about this since the 80s
Great video, i don't live in enterprise but you made me homesick 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks for sharing
Cheers 🥂🥂
great places to live and awesome places to eat thanks dale and paula for the tour
so good watch you guys....
Going to vegas tomorrow for 10 days...i will be at wynn....hope see you there....
Have a good week
Just love watching you guys. Such pleasant voices. You calm me and allow me to enjoy without the loud fuss. Thank you!
Will visit one day based on your recommendations. Thanks for posting and Happy New Year!
big fan from brazil
Wow!! I’m ready to move out west!! Currently, living in Detroit.. Once I finish school, I’m going to look to move to Enterprise, NV.. Thank you!! Great video, as always!!!
The Durango lobby reminds me a lot of the Marriott in Cancun. If you’re going to Cancun and you like that style, I strongly suggest staying there. I also recommend paying the up charge for a view of the water, but I’m getting off topic.
I live in the Southeast! I love it. Mountains Edge to be exact and love the Durango casino!
great video. i love Arroyo Crossings, my favorite place to shop when i'm in town and i know it will when i move there
Awesome video❤
Another great video! I love your road trips and trips that show the areas right around Vegas!
Thank you so much Dale and Paula for a great video. We were just in Vegas about 2 weeks ago and did stop in to see the Durango. It is nicely laid out and a breath of fresh air away from the strip! All the best in the New Year to you both 😀😀❤❤
Thank you for another great video ❤ Happy New Year ❤
Love you guys! Wish you all the best 🎉
Great vlog as usual and great Voice over Paula.
This is exactly what I’ve been wanting you to do the Durango ! Your name sake too!!
What a great place! Thanks as always. I’m always starving after I watch you two lol. Happiest of New Year to you. Love you both. ❤❤
Thanku guys!!!! You read my mind!! We r thinking of moving to the LV area (probably NW), visited a little of it 2 yrs ago, but always looking for more knowledge about the area. Are grateful for all we have seen & learned from you both (& continue to do so). Keep that info coming!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Bonjour from France my friends . Excellent content as usual and we luv it when you show us what's going on off strip. Merci ❤
Durango looks nice. I went to the Toasted in spring valley back in February and had the Monte Cristo as well and it was really good. I want to go back. Thanks for another great video and have a fantastic day.
Hi Paula and Dale! What a great video of your new hometown that you live in! Thank you for sharing with us! Paula, I love your infinity crocheted scarf! I crochet all of the time and so do my customers. Happy New Year! CAB 😍😍🧶🧶
Happy new year! Really enjoy your Sunday vlogs! Durango is on our list for next visit. Maybe we’ll see you there!❤
Thank you for this vlog! I keep telling my husband that our next trip to LV should be only off strip hotels. So much more to explore ❤
As always you two put me in a great mood! I went with some friends of mine during a weekday to the Durango we had lunch at the George Sports area I had a prime rib sandwich and it was quite delicious. Happy New Year🎉
I definitely would love to live there. I love it out West. The Durango looks really nice. Irv's looks like my kind of place! I love that food court, so many choices. Wow...the sportsbook is packed. I am too much like Dale...no reason to wait, there are too many other great places to eat. The food at Toasted looks great. That was so nice that someone paid your bill! Awesome video!
that was a great video ty
Happy new year great job as always will visit there this fall
Interesting things going on there in Enterprise. I like Stations properties. Would go to Red Rock a lot when I lived in Summerlin. I was thinking of a trip out there and saw a build up in Enterprise. This actually filled in the mystery for me. A possibility.
We stayed in an airbnb in Enterprise last month and loved the area. It's relatively close to the Strip but feels completely different. We found 2 places we loved and will definitely go back to on our next visit, The Sparklings and Lea Lana's Bananas.
Nice place 😊
This was a really cool video. I came to Las Vegas for the FontainBleu opening and also visited Durango. I liked Durango as well. What I liked about this video is you guys went off the strip/places were most people go and tried Toasted - looks awesome and a good value. Looking foward to your Zippy's video. The D P logo looks awesome!
Thanks, Paula and Dale, for another great video watched as usual as we eat Sunday dinner here in Ireland 🇮🇪 Paula, we got so excited to see your Monte Cristo sandwich!! I adore this amazing dish and have only ever had it in the States. So, we have got to go there when we’re next in LV. Have a great week. Patrick & James
Wait...so you're telling us...Durango Dale didn't have any say into how the Durango hotel would look and operate?? 😂. Another beautiful look into Vegas and the surrounding areas. It's 30° and snowing here...👀👀. Relocate? Don't mind if we do!
Love your videos! Durango looks very nice and way more packed than the Fontainebleau. Those breakfast potatoes looked crazy good as well. I’ll have to get down that way on my next visit.
NO BILL ... VERY ❤ KIND
great vlog... Although the uncommons across from the Durango should have been included
Just checked the room rates ... ouch! Will just do a day trip there sometime.
As I mentioned on Facebook, the cookies at Summer House inside Durango Casino are pretty darn good. It isn't fair to compare the $3.7 billion Fontainebleau on the Strip with the $780 million local Durango Casino because the scale of the projects are completely different. But since they opened around the same time, comparisons will be made. My opinions could change over time, but from my initial experiences, I actually prefer Durango over Fontainebleau so far. I feel like the dining hall at Fontainebleau is slightly better than at Durango. But I think the more normal dining (not high end) that I like is better at Durango. I also think Durango has a far superior sports book/sports bar. Fontainebleau's pool deck looks way better than Durango's, but I still think they won't have enough space for the guests in the 3,600 rooms during pool season. I also had no issues with parking at Durango, but I got stuck in traffic trying to get out of Fontaineleau's parking garage. Green Valley Ranch is still my favorite locals casino (followed by South Point and M Resort), but Durango is a nice new addition by Station Casinos. I am really looking forward to them building Inspirada Casino in the next few years.
I usually go to Hawaii twice a year, and I first had Zippy's in Honolulu maybe six or seven years ago. I tried the new location in Vegas one time (waited around 20 minutes at 9PM on a Monday night), and it just wasn't the same. Maybe they were still working out some kinks, or maybe the vibe is just different because Vegas doesn't understand how much Zippy's is a part of local Hawaiian culture. I am in absolutely no rush to return to the Vegas Zippy's because there are so many other good Hawaiian food options available in the valley. The thing that I found interesting about this video is that you guys talked about Arroyo Crossing/Zippy's instead of the new dining options over at UnCommons. Perhaps you are saving that for a future video (or already did that in a prior video that I missed).
Love the Summer House! Great cookie selection and excellent food.
More Palace Stations are in the making near south point in the future as well
I wish I could hit the "thumbs up" ten more times. OH BABY! This particular part of town I'm really interested to know about. I saw a blog recently by a real estate person who lives there, too. I never heard of Enterprise. I'm watching the apartment sites and wishing I was already there.
Brighton’s west…your home value just increased dramatically. But why isn’t Durango Dale the Durango’s spokesperson? 😊Another wonderful tour as always!
Danke schön für das informative video liebe Grüße von Elisabeth und Max 😊
happy new year dale and paula from david in thailand x
We have stayed at the M resort numerous times over the last 20+ years. Football took it over and we are "in the market" for other possibilities. Thanks for this video. We have enjoyed seeing that area grow along with our knowledge of the city. Great video guys and congratulations on the complimentary meal! You deserve it!
I wonder how the pie is at the Durango restaurants?
👋
Zippy’s can you Uber Eats that way you don’t have to wait that long!
Is it worth a day trip from the Strip to the Durango and adjacent restaurants? We use to enjoy day trips to the Red Rock Casino and adjacent restaurants. We saw Carrot Top years ago at the Lazy Dog Restaurant located across the street from the Red Rock.
that dish that Paula got was a little stomach turning, to each is own I guess.
what is the address where i could go to get that view of the strip? that was awesome. last trip out i tried and never found anything that great.
It’s called Olympia Sports Park, 4885 Starr Hills Ave, Las Vegas 89141
It’s a fantastic view!
Zippy’s wanted to make you two wait an hour? You should have said “ do you know who we are”? We have 32,000 followers “ then stormed out. 😊
Which east-west street is considered the border of north and south Vegas?
is the bullet trains last stop at the railroad casino , outside of boulder city, they built what looks like a new train depot there. and it says bullet train, can't find it on Google?
The station on Las Vegas Blvd near Warm Springs Rd will be the last and only Nevada stop. The end of the line in CA will be Rancho Cucamonga, with a couple stops across the high desert. It will basically follow interstate 15, so won’t go near the railroad casino.
Just curious. I know certain places in Vegas give discounts to locals. How do you prove it, a drivers license?
Yes - you just have to show your Nevada drivers license
Dale you need to more patience 😊
Zippy's is so overrated. I waited 50 minutes for some mediocre Korean fried chicken. Super lame experience.
