Thanks so much for watching!!
Lot of value in this video. Thanks for making all the market update videos and content like this video. You guys are underrated, this should have more views. ð
Aww thatâs really kind. Thank you for watching and supporting! ð
Very helpful, thank you!
food court :)
FIRST!
its a helllllllllllll whole
Just from your comment the average price of Summerlin at $700-to $800k, I wonât buy from you.
This is the reason behind, as a buyer I have to look at the history of the price movement and these prices
were ridiculously increased in the last three yrs, like 40-to over 100%? Iâm coming from SoCal, beach community.
You mean to tell me that when even my community with a ocean view have not had that kinda jump in price
and LV had and itâs normal?? There are many many great RA in LV Iâm sure but certainly, itâs not you guys!
Adios!
Thatâs ridiculous. You are suggesting real estate values should go up/down equally regardless of where they are. It just doesnât work like that.
Your comment is ridiculous and if that's the reason you won't use these guys as your agents, that's just plain stupid. This is a very nuanced topic that can quickly get very complex, however prices going up more in Vegas than coastal California makes sense, when prices in parts of CA were already so high. Vegas was a cheaper place to live, and the demand for homes in Vegas has shot up from multiple factors, one important one being the pandemic and people relocating from places like, you guessed it, California. More demand and a finite supply will cause a dramatic increase in market prices. Surely, you're familiar with econ 101 aka "supply and demand". So then, please elaborate and tell me what statement they said in this video has dissuaded you from working with them? Because they were merely presenting factual data about prices in the part you claim was the reason you are upset. As a side note, I like to integrate the usage of strange words into my vocabulary, and for this comment I will use the word "gobsmacked". I am genuinely gobsmacked people like you exist in this world and share the same roads and public facilities as I do, I'll need to exercise caution when dealing with your kind in the future.
@@Max-dd6ep So good! The public facility and roads comments had us ðĪĢð
My observation is there's a wide range of homes available in Summerlin so there's something for almost everyone. And Summerlin is just one possible area to live, definitely more affordable ones. Lastly, NV has an advantage over CA when you consider state tax and cost of living.
