The Magnus was my beginning. I took it serious and soon learned to play just about any song I wished to learn by ear. I wouldn't mind having one today for old times sake.
Melodicas are still popular in music classes and even in some playrooms today but I wonder why these are not because this seems like a first beginner instrument and it seems easy to learn and it seems like a kid friendly instrument as well but I don’t think they make them like they used to which is sad because music classes and music therapy classes could benefit from one of these it’s just basically a melodica but without a mouthpiece and with a fan built-in to it which is easy to play you don’t have to blow into it it’s already done for you I feel like schools could use them and not in the past but still today they could use these instruments basically as well as the ever so popular piano or electronic keyboard yeah but this instrument has lots of possibilities I wonder who makes them nowadays I wonder if there’s still a company in India or somewhere like that that makes these
Do modern "musicians" know what "Instruments" are? At ALL. How many outputs does a uke, acoustic guitar or yer average set of bagpipes have? FFS No WONDER music today is SHIT. Just pop "notes" on fucking "protunes" and "autotune" your way to stardom!!! Yay. And that's why I haven't bought a new record since 1982!

Thank you I had one of these. OMG I did the same thing with the cord buttons that's funny. I still have the song book.
The best way to explain one of these is It’s in melodica or accordion but just with a fan in it
There was also the Bontempi cord organs as well as the silver tone cord organs as well
I had one of those when I was like five or six. Drove the parents crazy. That and a toy piano. This would’ve been mid 70s.
So awesome. I’ve got to get one of these. I saw one on Facebook marketplace.
Lo mismo que un acordión. Buen sonido.
