1:30 - so its meant to be a friendly relationship, not transactional, but they have gotten rid of customer service and made us order on the app or touchscreen. Ive been told "we cant take your order at thr counter, use the kiosk".. So I don't go back
When you have to dress a training video with a cheap mascot, and not the official Ronald Mcdonald guy, you know its going to be bad

Oh you're so wrong about that.
I've worked with one and I am so amazed. They give opportunity to teenagers which mostly are working students. At their young age, I am amaze wih how they took their roles very seriously and easily had abke to adapt to the workplace. It's a training ground for those who hasn't had any working experience yet. It helps hone their discipline and how really it is to work especially in a fast food chain which is strict with their global quality standards.
