couple years ago, my first time go abroad to visited a friend just in this city, I had great memory about Wuppertal , the Schwebebahn,the river, nice people~ I still have some stuff I bought at the flea market.

Did fell into the river and was not harmed.
Legally an interesting case. The circus director bought 4 children tickets for Tuffi (you need a children ticket for a dog). But none for himself.
Result was that he had to pay a fine for fare dodging. But because Tuffi had a ticket and the transport conditions did not exclude the transport of elephants the circus director had only to pay a minor fine for "violation of the duty of supervision". And the transport company had to pay the broken door themselves. But they changed the transport conditions afterwards.
