Thank you bro, visuals helped a lot more than written instructions. One thing I noted was that I didn't have a 'bin' folder in both locations, but it doesn't matter. Just click around in the mounted drive until you find the application with the icon, then copy everything in that folder, paste and replace into the folder where you installed. Hey, does one always need Daemon or alcohol 120 or such programs in order to get games running? Because I downloaded a few games now and have big problems getting them started in the first place. I'd mount them, install the game, sometimes there's no crack folder/ file, or not visible to me anyways// so if I find the crack - I copy everything - and then paste it where? Just right-click on the desktop image of the game and paste it in there? I am freaking out about this shit... been trying for three days now to get a game running... Farcry didn't work because I need uplay and internet for it and the pc I'm using is not connected.. also I'm not intending to do that.. so no Farcry... but I am even too dumb to install Farming Simulator.. Please help :(

You're supposed to paste everything in the crack folder into the same folder that contains the game launcher. It's been 3 years so I doubt you still need help, but in case you do here you go
You are going to look where the files are then so for example you have steam_api64.dll You are going to have to find out where the actual file is to replace it. Alot of times it will just be in the main directory(folder with the name of the game)

This worked for Skyrim. Didn't wanna pay 40 bones to play a game that old.
Works 100% if you don't have a bin folder then just copy the files you see when you open codex right to the new folder

Open the codex folder, copy all the files and paste them into the main game folder where the application.exe is located.
