What an absolutely charming chubby little engine! There's a lot to be said for a bit of whimsy in toy trains, isn't there? Thanks for sharing that amazing little time traveler with us!
Excellent content/video! Your trains are magnificent! I never knew or heard of the knobby cars before. In addition, I never knew that Joshua Lionel Cowen had to formally respond for not meeting production. Thank you for the video.
Hi Leonard, i'm glad you're nearly at 2k subscribers, but you deserve an awful lot more in my opinion, may i ask, with all those beautiful models that you have, is there a "holy grail" model or models that you would dearly love to have?.
I've been so fortunate to acquire so many pieces I never thought I'd ever own I'm just grateful for the many friends that I've gained in the hobby this is just a fun way to give back to the hobby and share the collection

I'm glad you found it educational
Lionels' early standard gauge has a special appeal to me. The day coaches may be my favorite standard gauge passenger cars they made
Yes the day coaches are quite unique

At what time did Lionel move production to New Haven, Connecticut?
Lionel got kicked out of White Street in 1909 and then they were kind of asked to leave New Haven in 1914
