Hello again! Canada calling. Love the vids! Director is doing a great job! And the editing is awesome! Really nice that there's no herky jerky going on and we can see clearly what's going on ! I cannot believe how much and long you work hours wise. It has to be a salary job (been there, done that) ! The rate you are going, don't you worry about burn out? Phone will make you crazy and it's shows. Take some time for yourself sometimes! Bob.
You can see why the 🦊loves baz so much the man must save him absolute fortune loving the 2 episodes baz the director getting the hang of this editing now
With the cost of a new crusher, it should be made that an operator must go with it to stop all the constant abuse that they get onsite. Silly things like lack of grease or not putting the pins in the landing legs end up costing a fortune, and it is all preventable. Keep up the great work Baz
Another great chronicle Baz and The Director 👍 Moores is the best tool shop for miles the only problem is there are too many shiney things that make me empty my wallet 😂
thanks martin we are gonna try for 2 a week but its a lot of work for The Director, but he is getting faster. Sometimes after being with me for 10-12 hrs he has to get a few hrs in editing at night to keep up.
Good evening Bax, from Arkansas, USA. I love watching your channel, but also the division between the managing part of your job, but the keeping up up of the machines, and the weldingfabrication part of your job that calls you into the night. I'm rightly impressed on how you manage everything. Keep up the good work:Bax, Director,r and lads. that are operators and work wit your in the shop. Amazing work, and I love the personal content. Cheers
The more you know, the more they ask. The more you can do, the more they want you to do, The more you give, the more they take. You are invaluable Baz and one hell of a man. Too much pressure takes it's toll on a man though. Look after yourself and remember you are more important than any of this. Love the content mate and don't burn yourself out for it. Love
I use same makita cordless and corded tools on my daily work. One thing that I'm using is an plasma cutter for everything related to cutting. Propane + oxygen mainly to release stuck parts or for heating box tube parts up to straighten them out. I'm just doing one buckets floor replacing - instead of rolling the sheet to certain radius i chose to use bend lines that eventually are tracing overall curve of the bucket. Mild steel floor + hardox 450 wear strips. Great videos! Rly happy to find Your channel.
Those Milwaukee mag-drills are great, I've had mine for nearly 5 year's now. I can drill 38 18mm holes through 20mm from one 5ah battery. Great video, see next time.
Hi Baz and The Director ....always good to catch with the straight talking man of fabrication!! Great vlog and a double edition too.... Awesome job...Gary 👏
Thanks for the shout out to Kurtis at CEE. Both of you guys are stone cold professionals with the highest standards, broadest product knowledge and workaholics. Yeah, I really like your channel, alot! Please keep posting.
What a way to start a Sunday, Brilliant, see why you get frustrated with people hiring Expensive kit and abusing it ,it's obvious that they need a operator who knows the machine and what to look for to prevent costly damage.
Belatedly watching this now and by god how did I miss watching this beastly bucket on this chunky loader 🤷🏼♂️🤯🤯 I’d love to have this bucket with the correct loader with a scoop of grain…. 🤔😃 so will it just be loading rubbish then?? All credit to the boys manufactures 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Can you do a video on the welders that you use, How do the stack up against the US welder like Millers or Lincolns. In the US we dont see welders like the Kemppi.
WELD A SQUARE PEICE HARDOX BETWEEN HOLDERS on cutting edge it will stop the edge from cracking when it's wore thin .. top work keep it up new favourite channel👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Hi Baz I live near Chester and I’ve been to big red Milwaukee a few times the lads have always looked after me. It’s very rare these days to get a shop like this.
When you have great contend in your videos I don't think the length matters. Personally I'd watch a 3 hour video you'd put out simple because of the great content. The former Cat bucket makes the Doosan loader look small.
You showed the nuts on the wedges on crushers that have to be tightened frequently, and today the nordlock washers. Are those washers too delicate for that job? I didn't know they'd be damaged from over-tightening.
Hi Baz the 70 in 7018 stands for its tensile strength which is 70,000 pounds per square inch which is 32 ton approx or 35 metric tons. great videos love you keep it real.
Brillant Baz another long one it just gets better and better got up early on my day off to watch u if it was me that owned fox them lads loading crushers I would make them pay for damage top man baz
If that electrode holder is the one that holds the electrode by tightening it i've not seen one since 1990 when i was college, and never used the more common ones today, didn't think they were made anymore 😁
2 mornings in a row! Nice one. Wondering if you could make your life easier by releasing one next week and one the week after and give yourself some time to get a week or 2 ahead of yourself and have 2/3 videos ready to go instead of what I’m sure is a lot of pressure to get the videos edited and uploaded with little time to spare.
Good morning guys .. i see the director has learned sign language for a pair of wellies ..😂..keep up the great work and content .. all the best to you and your team ..
Good afternoon baz and the director I think you should get are cal to take over filming for the 3 days your not there what ya saying boy 🤔 how about using a indespension trailer for your buckets could do with picking up some new orders keep up the great work.
Hey BAZ that 550 doo-one! looks very light on the rear axle can weights be added to counteract for better traction? Even though it’s destined for waste only.
@welderfabber how comes i have yet to see any JCB equipment on the show or in the yard but fox have many other leading brands like CAT, CASE ,DOOSAN and others. Is the jcb brand to soft or to over price or just doesn't cut it interms of work and reliability. Its a British Icon
baz ,you use 7018 rods a good bit ,how do you get away without baking them ?are they different type or just a sealed container keeping them dry ? love the videos aswell
Could see that whopper bucket pulling the guts out of that Doosan 550 pretty quickly tbh. Especially the arm & pivot. It's like she's rockin round loaded full time, without the load. 580 be a better job.
Another fantastic video baz and 'The Director' good that you show 'The Good, The Bad and the Ugly' no one has a fantastic day every day so why not show even the nitty gritty of life. And I think you should also promote men's mental health. Thanks for the great content. All the best pal from pegleg 😊
@@some_text_missing yeah, because waste weighs nothing ? It’s quite obviously for a waste site, hence the way it tips for loading bulk trailers. I guess you’re one of those pillocks who goes around TH-cam comments stating the obvious ?
Worst comes to the worst fill the back tyres to put more weight on the rear end but baz did say they have a few 580 shovels that would be better on that bucket being a bit heavier

Baz, the first bucket you made for us in 1997 when I was with Jay is ready for a refurb 😂😂
Is it not ever cloudy and raining there?
What 7018 are you using? Glass like slag, and sound remind me of utp comet and spezial 7016.

To load high trailers, also they will be moving garbage so its sticky when wet

What exactly is the Fox Group? Are they something sort of like Caterpillar?
15 company's marv involved in all things that move muck and more
Will you put wheel wieghts on the dooseson to stop it bouncing when operating
up to them but they have 580s if it becomes a problem
If they filled the rear tyres with water they could use it for loading feathers!
What would be the cost baz of building a bucket that size
That shovel bucket is unweighting the rear end with no material in it. Surely that’s way too heavy to be operated safely when loading at height ?
Didn’t you listen? It can only be used on a waste site due to its weight.

Yeah that dl550 is not big enough for that bucket 22:56 definitely going to have to get a bigger machine

hmmm I have my dad old anvil put away and his welding mask but tool I loove and like the most is the milwaukee grease gun
What is the shops website please as I am looking for tools atm but looking for certain ones at a good price
Big red power tools preston
Why did the doosan bucket have hydraulic tip ? Will ya show us it working? Top show lads!
It’s a high tip bucket basically gives the machine a bit of extra reach cause you can empty the bucket with the hydraulics instead of having to tip it
@gregshearer423 maybe loading a high sided trailer would avoid hitting the sides .
