Some detail of company processes too would be interesting, eg do you go and get a po before you go and get pins done or plate rolled or something, how do you know suppliers won't rip you off? Do you get quotes first for items etc

Good morning Baz and The director and team .... Another cracking vlog .... I wish I was 30 yrs younger mate I'd love to work for you ... Good old fashioned graft, hard work and a pat on the back when you get it right.... obviously a bollocking of you don't but that's how you learn in work and life !! For my time in life I'll gladly take it all in on the settee , warm with a coffee😊. That hippo wash should be more pressure than than that it’s probably silted up in the pressure pump tank we used to have to pump the water out then dig the silt out once a year the trucks should come out clean enough without the need of the wheel bath 👍🏻
I would have asked my old boss for a 15 tonne crane and he would have cut me back to a 10 tonne. That welding was outstanding workmanship, well done. Thank you Baz & Co
The Fox giving you a bigger fab shop, which is recognizing you and the lads hard work, is amazing. In my neck of the woods, a great boss that helps the people that help them is a dying breed. Cheers to you and your mates on site, and I have the utmost respect for The Fox...the level of respect for those hat actively keep the business afloat, and the potential headache of legally showing the good and bad(reality of a man in the yard) on The Chronicles...that's brilliant thinking to show a documentary on how the way all of these machines, and operators work in the confines of their machinery, and those that put in the hours to keep everything running. People don't give their all for someone, or a company, that doesn't believe in them, and I wish I could work for The Fox to have a change of thought that is sadly lacking in my country. Cheers lads, and The Fox; I look forward to every video in every week. Lots of love, Keith from Arkansas.

Back again, I had my own business, I was hit by Covid and I could afford to keep it going, business rates were extreme, rent was expensive and the doors were closed for best part of 6 months. I used to spend half my working life at Ainscough’s maintenance depot near Heathrow, sorting out all the tyres on their cranes, wagons and ballast trailers.
We had a Hipo wash at the Quarry i work in, We drilled the holes bigger in the upright poles to let the bigger pieces of dirt out so they didn't get blocked as often, This also helped with cleaning dirt off wheels as the quantity of water was greater,
