Thank you so much for making this playlist! It helped me be less overwhelmed when building buildings. No one else builds like this, and it gets really confusing and frustrating trying to follow everyone elses tutorials. Your basics videos are perfect! I love structure, and since you build in a more proceedural way, I could follow and understand how to make a building EASILY.
Thanks for this, Ive been playing for about 2 years, and well i can build a decent coaster, now its time to learn the rest of the game, scenery and all that. This was easy to follow and very well explained. Cheers.
Hi I know im late to this series but I just bought this game and was intimidated by the building process until I watched this series. Thanks so much for making it
This is great. I just started playing Planet Coaster after finally getting a PC that can handle it. I want to build and your tutorial on building has helped (along with others). I'd love to see more like this if you have the time.
Really great tutorial! Learnt so much from this series. I know i'm late to the party but where on earth did you find that slate looking part that you put at the bottom of the 2nd floor walls??? Feel like i've been scrolling up and down forever trying to find it and other things I use seem to just flash infront and behind the wall whenever the camera moves
You never explicitly said to duplicate the accent pieces you were effortless sliding back and forth to extend the length and make them match the roofline, but I think that is what you are doing. Right?
See, I wish you told us the shortcuts you were using to do this whole video… 🙃 You turned and rotated and did these things so easily and I’m here trying to turn something at an angle and it takes 3 mins to do one thing.
So, can I borrow your creative brain for a while? Just until I'm done with my park? Also, if you aren't working in an industry where you get to design/build/create etc, you should be.
You have a tendency to keep referring back to reality when it comes to creating these structures. One of the most incredible and memorable sets ever built was the village in the movie Popeye, which is still a major attraction these days. There wasn't much of anything in that village that would be built for reality, it was mostly fantasy. There are no rules of reality when it comes to building a theme park. You don't look at something at a theme park and say... well... that's just not realistic!! It's not supposed to be. Theme parks are about suspending reality and doing abnormal things. Your mind is supposed wonder about and be free from any constraints. In a game environment, this task is much easier because you can build things without proper supports and make wacky amazing looking structures that don't have to make perfect sense. Just wanted to point this out to your viewers so they don't get locked in to reality when it comes to this game.
I think it all starts in reality and then you can modify it as you see fit to create fantasy. But, if it doesn't look believable in any way - then the illusion will simply fail. So to me - starting with a good understanding of realistic construction - it will make it easier to make things a bit more abstract. As you need to have a solid foundation of what it is you are trying to achieve. Also - as a basic tutorial I think if I covered what you implied it would go over their head a bit. As this is for people who have trouble even making a house.

You're like the Bob Ross of Planet Coaster! :-D
Happy little trees and details
great tutorial dude, totally love your work and its cool to watch it real time rather than speeded up, you can see the finesse and art
Oh my god that’s so smart. I always put the details on individually after the white structure was made. This will save so much more time.
This is so helpful! Thank you for this! I’ve been building all wrong 😑
Hi I know im late to this series but I just bought this game and was intimidated by the building process until I watched this series. Thanks so much for making it
This process is awesome. Thank you so much for sharing! I'm going to build so much more efficiently now!
Excellent tutorial and full of useful ideas. I just wish I had the patience to be able to plan and detail as you do. Thanks.

One thing that sometimes helps with the z-fighting is to rotate the fighting piece. Great tutorial series Uthris!
Bro thx so much! This tutorial changed my life
Sometimes I get so lost in adjusting color schemes and designing mini bars I completely forget I'm also supposed to entertain guests
Hey Uthris, could you add all these to the same playlist please?
You make it look so easy lol Thanks this is great very helpful
So helpful Uthris! Thanks a lot
Thanks for making these tutorials! Keep up the great videos!

Great tutorial Uthris!
Thanks! :D
Very usefull videos. Congratulations !
extremely helpful...thnx👍🏼
in a building you can switch between absolutes and relatives axes manipulating abjects in advance mode.
Really cool videos, but I'd never be able to look past scenery flickering from texture overlays.

Awesome tutorial! Subbed for more :)
