    The first house is OK if you like a very open floor plan and always have a neat-looking kitchen. It needs a privacy fence on one side! House #2 has lots of space inside and out, though I don't understand gray walls with brown carpeting. The last house is also spacious, but with the same color conflict and need for privacy fencing. No offers on these suggests that they're priced too high in a declining market.

    Great information on your videos. Being in Michigan, our lawns look so good in the season, I've noticed how bad the yards look. Is it hard to maintain a good lawn in florida?

      Since Florida is more of a tropical climate the grass is very hard in many areas. Some of the blades feels like thick straw. Definitely not picnic worthy .

    Best potential is home #1, however it's biggest non-fixable issue is it's STOP sign location - 90% won't even make notice of that - so why is not selling, simple it needs to be prettied up.
    House #2, is a fixer upper so $ needs to drop below $375k to get some foot traffic through the front door and a potential offer. House #3...looks good but when you really look at it you see the finishes are not up to par, but I believe it's priced OK - corner lot(not for me), lack of privacy, but stage it up big and it will sell.

    Hey Kaleb. More house/less money/no HOA. Basic front elevation. Do like the brick pillars. Like the kitchen countertops. Good size pantry. Good size laundry 🧺 room. Dining/living small. Primary and en-suite smaller than usual but agreed nice shower. Yes. Both bathrooms are nice but 3 beds to 1 bath a 👎. Small screened in lanai. Good size backyard for a pool. 2nd home nice front elevation. Front yard adjoins with the house to the left. Like the garage entry. Kitchen dated indeed but ok size. Large living room and ok size dining. Enclosed lanai and good size yard for a pool. 1/2 bath appreciated. Good loft space. Laundry small. Large primary but small dated en-suite. 2 closet’s appreciated. Good size guest bedrooms. Wait. I saw 1 bathroom by the laundry. The primary with en-suite then 4 bedrooms. 4 beds to 1 bath? No reason for that with a home 3000 sq ft. 3rd home beautiful front elevation. Why the column on entry. Must be load bearing. Clean home. Like the door in the primary. Glad 2 closets. En-suite ok. I actually prefer doors instead of sliders. Covered lanai and great yard for a pool. Kitchen /laundry ok. Bedroom 2 closet doors look 2 different colors but you said it’s not finished. Again 3 bedrooms to 1 bath. Like the door from the bathroom to the backyard. Like the 3rd the best. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

    Hey Kaleb, as always thanks for the tours. The first home is okay. The second home is actually a version of my sister's home in upstate NY. To me the layout is, played out. The last home has no privacy, you are looking straight into all your neighbors from all angles. Ocala has nicer homes with so much more land.

    Enjoyed the video ... really didn't know much about the impact of HOAs etcetera. We live in the 34237 zip and are amazed at the number of houses being purchased and turned into airbnb's. In fact most of the investors in our area are Mennonites. Very aavvy investors who are buying up half-million-dollar mid-sized homes and making $60,000 a year as airbnb's. And they make great neighbors too.

    Gm Kaleb, safely through another week God has brought us. It's always nice to see your smiling face. Number 1,worth the money and nice. Number two, the price is high but can't say it doesn't worth it. It's a big house. It's older but nice. It's move in ready. Worry about changing later. Number 3,don't care for carpet. It's new and move in ready but in today's market, it could be less.Nice virtual tour.

    Kaleb- lived and vacationed in Florida since the 60s. Never heard anyone pronounce Ocala like you do. It’s O Cal A (Cal like California or Calorie). Love your videos. Can you talk about the new state law concerning flood insurance and other taxes Florida has besides hazard insurance? Thanks..

    Hey Kaleb, seen House #1. Just loved the Floor Plan, take one of the Smallest bedroom, turned to Office Den. It does need epoxy Garage Flooring, Really like the Built-in Patio, Awesome Home. $299,000 is right on the Money. Rate 10. Second home, All I can say is that $408,000 is Way Overpriced for what you're getting. It's just to Old Fashioned, for me. Saw the last home, Now this has Potential, Again it's needs Epoxy Flooring, But other than that, A Very Nice Home. $361,000 is not to far off, Rate 10. Great Video Kaleb 😊📸👍👏😍❤️

    Hello Kaleb, Just started watching your videos in recent days and I have to tell you I like your style! Of all the homes I have viewed that you have shown or should I have say seen #1 is probably the best as it relates to its layout....many of the homes that you have shown are either out of date or literally look like they are maze caves that just ramble on with little or no thought to functionality. Part of the reason are obvious, small windows based on the room sizes, lack of trim detail, poor layouts and few trees around the homes exterior. I find myself constantly asking why would anyone buy some of these homes at the prices offered? To live in a dim cave maze so then can save on taxes while having bragging rights that they live in Florida? It seems to me Florida has become more like a perceived paradise of housing but in reality is a lost paradise of over congestion housing based on costs.
    Anyways keep up the good work and if I was to come there I'd say Hi....I like your style!

      Home owner associations fees & most homes in Florida have them. That’s why I refuse to buy a home in Florida that has those fees

    first house hate kitchen up front and totally open. Also second bath hate that cabinet in the middle. Price is high. And the deal killer is an HOA. You cant give me a home to live in with an hoa. Give me one ok, Ill sell it!

    Builders should leave dishwashers out as well. I’m picky on refrigerator and dishwashers. I hate builders putting in cheap low quality frig and dishwasher

    House 1 is a great value if the neighborhood is good. House 2, not so much 😣. House 3 looks nice from the outside, but for the price in Florida, kinda iffy. Quite a bit to do to make it right….must have been a sale on standard green interior paint, but with tan floors, not appealing. Come on, how about a little creativity in good taste in these interior colors please! 😬

      Exactly!!! Been in Ocala 9 years. They playing. I like the Adams homes but all my neighbors moved here 2 to 3 years ago brand new homes 145k. Now builders start at over 300k. Gtfoh!

      Must be nice! Most new builders for single family homes in MD start in the high $400s not near DC but closer to DC around $700s+. It’s expensive trust me but we get paid a lot more near the DMV area.

    Loans too pricey. Loans increasingly more difficult to get. Homes still remarkably over valued. Lay offs in tech. Car repos up. This is probably no time to find yourself with a fat mortgage on an overpriced house.
