    I love my Bespoke jet, had it for a few months now, it replaced an old Dyson and the best part is definitely the emptying station though, still haven't had to empty it either which has surprised me as I vacuum every couple of days and have kids and a dog. I watched your review/comparison with the Dyson V15 direct, was surprised as here in Australia the Samsung bespoke pro with everything is about $300 cheaper than the Dyson V15, I was close to buying the Dyson V15 but the emptying station and the $300 cheaper won me over

      Hi Elizabeth, can I ask how long your dust bag tends to last you on average? Curious to know as have recently purchased the pro extra and have seen comments about stock issues for the dust bags. Thanks.

    I love mine and one thing that I will say is that out of all the cleaners I have had, vax, dyson , the attachments on this go on effortlessly. I have painful hands and use to struggle sometimes but with this the attachments slide on like butter and the extension pipe is the same and sounds a bit like loading a shotgun lol.

    Great review, sir. I was about to pull the trigger on this thing like a crazy person when I saw it on tiktok, but I thought it prudent to watch reviews on it first. It is expensive but I paid $800 for my dyson stick vac and this comes with an extra batterry, which from what I can tell has the same capacity and output, and the emptying station that I can put anywhere. With the dyson, I had to mount a plastic holder for the end of the charging cable to my wall. I never liked the way that works. I'm definitely getting it now.

      BEWARE: I'd recommend against buying anything Samsung, ever! Their Customer Service is miserable. They cheated me out of the spinner mop which should have been part of the bundle. It's taken EIGHT months with endless hours on hold to resolve. I threatened them that I would turn the media on them if they didn't give me either a $150 US refund or the mop spinner that should have been included. Save yourself the grief by NOT dealing with Samsung!

    Does it not defeat the purpuse of a bagless vacuum when you have to buy bags to empty the whole thing?

    • @Vacuumtester
      @Vacuumtester  ปีที่แล้ว

      You have a very good point. They could also have chosen - like the Henry Quick - to use a dust bag in the dust container. However, you do have a small dust capacity, so you have to buy a new dust bag even faster...

    • @Vacuumtester
      @Vacuumtester  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi there! Both the Samsung Bespoke Jet and Dyson V15 come with a motorized soft floor brush (a fluffy brusH) for hard floors. These brushes are very similar and the suction power is almost the same. The Dyson V15 does have laser technology on the brush for hard floors, so you can see dirt on the floor better. But they are very similar in performance. Also check out a complete comparison guide I wrote here: www.vacuumtester.com/samsung-bespoke-jet-vs-dyson-v15/. Greets!

    does it seal the bags when they’re removed from the stand? I ask as it claims it does, but I assume it just means it is always sealed and when placed in the stand it is opened.
    I want to know because I’m wondering if we can cut a bag open and reuse it. As I would dump it outside in the trash instead of inside to avoid dust inside while also only carrying a light bag outside.

    • @Vacuumtester

    Great job!! but do you think its worth it?

    • @Vacuumtester
      @Vacuumtester  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good question! Let me start with the fact that it is a very expensive vacuum cleaner (in Europe I had to pay almost €1k for it). This is already a no-go for many people. In particular, you pay for a designer vacuum cleaner with many bells and whistles, including automatic emptying.
      The automatic emptying of the vacuum cleaner is particularly interesting for people with a dust allergy: you do not come into contact with dust and dirt. I can imagine that you are willing to pay this money for a powerful vacuum cleaner, with which you can greatly reduce the chance of an allergic reaction.
      Not prone to allergies? Then automatic emptying is quite an unnecessary luxury (apart from the fact that it is incredibly relaxed, even for people without allergies). There are cheaper alternatives, for example the Dyson V8.

    • @Vacuumtester
      @Vacuumtester  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Clara,
      First of all, thanks for watching my video!
      Good question! The dust capacity of the dust bag in the emptying station is approximately 2 liter (0.4 gallon) . These are non-washable dust bags: you will have to replace them in the long run. You get an extra dust bag with the vacuum cleaner, so you can go ahead! Replacing the dust bag is very easy! I hope this gives you enough information.
      Greets,
      Rob

    • @dianeyoung2914
      @dianeyoung2914 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @thedamwoman There are a lot of cordless vacuums out there with no bag and which are a lot cheaper, the beauty of this one is that with the clean station you don't get dust blowing out everywhere as you empty it and it gets transferred into the bag instead which then gets thrown away. Mine also came with extra bags and I will just make sure that I have a spare at all times.

    • @laurencecrocker3679
      @laurencecrocker3679 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @thedamwoman the vacuum itself doesn’t have a dust bag it is only the auto empty station that has the dust bag the dust bag is there so you eliminate dust re-entering your house when emptying it it is the whole purpose of having the auto empty station why have a auto empty station if you still have to empty a container and have the dust go back in your house the bag seals it self when removed and you throw away the bag with a result of no dust returning into your house

    • @Mortthemoose
      @Mortthemoose ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The emptying station contains a sealed bag though. This vacuum is Allergy UK Approved one.
      I've JUST bought my very first cordless....a Dys%n v12, and am blown away by it's deep cleaning ....however, it just stops the minute it gets onto my two doormats, it hurts my thumb joint a LOT, as it's pressed up against the handle, it feels too short for me, but the thing that is a game changer (in a negative way), is that I have to empty it every 10 minutes AND clean the metal filter at the same time, as it's covered in dust/fluff. I've used it on 3 consecutive days, and now I've got permanent asthma, from the horrible allergic reaction I get every time I need to empty it. That's what led me to discover the Samsung. The price is ridiculous, but it looks to be made incredibly well, plus it shouldn't cause allergic reactions to dust.

    samsung got to sell this the same or less as a Dyson, not more. while the idea somehow makes sense, I could easily replicate the functionality with a bag/canister vacuum and use that to empty a cordless vacuum. besides, I think this technique has more chance for smelly bags.

    • @Vacuumtester
      @Vacuumtester  ปีที่แล้ว +1

    • @seadragon1456
      @seadragon1456 ปีที่แล้ว

      The whole point of the dust bag is because the emptying process with bag less bins puts toxic dust particles back into the air. Some people aren’t sensitive to it so they don’t think about it but some people are burdened by it.
      The dust from pollen ect forces people to go outside with their full canister to empty it. They have to check the wind and hope that pollen isn’t high because those folks usually can’t come back into their homes with outside clothes on. They have to change their clothes upon entry and then finish cleaning just to do the process again. It’s a long tidiest thing for a lot of people so having a lightweight bag less vacuum with a clean empty feature is beneficial and productive. If it’s not marketed for you that’s okay there are plenty of options out there. I’m just explaining why some people really need a clean empty feature to live without needing excessive meds, burning eyes, deep coughs in their homes As for the rest of us…. We really shouldn’t be cool with breathing in toxic dust from cords, carpets, furniture, etc when emptying the bin. Those micro particles are inhaled 😬
