This might be the first unboxing video out there for this vacuum fun fact I pre ordered this vacuum in the US and they didn't bother to put the extra version as they did in the UK let alone they didn't bother to at least put the spinning mop I expect my to arrive the 20
I went for the spinning mop head version because I have wooden floor and two dogs, haven't tried it yet but the hoover is good with several power modes from min, to jet and the clean station is fab, just mount the hoover onto it to charge, press the button and all the dust gets sucked into a bag leaving the hoover bin clean and empty for the next use. I did have a panic when I went to order mine and it was out of stock and looked like it wouldn't be available in time to use my discount so I did try to order it from America instead but they don't ship them overseas. In the end it came back into stock quicker than expected so I got my £200 off. Hope you like it as much as I like mine.
I've been having a terrible time on the phone (spending hours being on hold and being transferred) trying to get my mop accessory. I am in the US as well and did a pre-order. I was told by their phone rep that the mop should have been included. So you may want to chase them down for one as well.
@@dianeyoung2914 I got mine a bit cheaper from the Employee Samsung portal so got £224 off :) however it seems that they increased the price of the vacuum after release, Samsung and their weird pricing model...
@@alanto3050 Hmmm, I bet that was the plan all along, let people think that they are getting a great deal, £200 off but then increase the price. I was told that if I signed up for an email letting me know once it was being released, that I had a special code which I could use to get the £200 off if ordered before a certain date but then I discovered that this money off was being offered to everyone, not just for signing up lol.
@@proudasiangirl576 i am having the same EXACT issue. Im missing the mop/multi use pads, single use pads, slim action brush, and accessory cradle holder. And confirmed with a representative that they are in fact included prior to purchasing. I call and i get transferred to multiple different departments (total talk time 4hrs…) Have you had any luck?
Just literally unboxed mine and I love it already, there was enough charge to give it a try and now it's on charge whilst I work out the different functions. The most I have ever spent on a hoover but I hope it is well worth it. Love the clean station. I also love that when you use it, there is a countdown as to how long a charge you have left. Had a cordless Dyson, that kept telling me the filter was clogged despite putting a brand new one on, constantly cutting on and off, then I tried the vax blade which was good and is going to be relegated to upstairs because it started spitting out what it had sucked up (ie cat litter) when I put it back in it's wall rack.
Agreed! I also had a dyson V8 before and this is much more powerful and works wonders on my carpet and hard floors. I thought that the mopping feature would be a gimmick but it actually quite good and does clean the floor pretty well!
@@proudasiangirl576 No, I meant hoover, in the UK we use hoover as a general term for any vacuum cleaner so I didn't specifically mean a Hoover as in the brand.
This is the most expensive model at over £900 because it also comes with the floor cleaner head, the other two don't and are different colours, white and a green.
Yes, I think think filmed it at the wrong mode on the insta360 Go 2, should have used the pro recording mode so that it levels out the horizon better, with the unboxing unfortunately there's no second chances :(
