    I actually bought this because of the bag. I have been a Dyson owner for well over 15 years and have multiple corded and cordless variants. The main issue I have with both versions is how messy it is to empty and the amount of dust /dirt that is kicked up when emptying the bin. Having the bag for me will be very well received and worth the added cost.

      Hi there, can I ask how many cleans the dust bag lasted for? Assuming it's a 0.5l capacity, I'm wondering if the dustbags will need changing constantly?
      Can I also ask, are you able to use this vacuum without a dustbag or will it not operate unless a dustbag is in the machine?
      Thanks.

      Thank you for watching and subscribing I'm thankful for your support 💯 I don't have a exact amount but I can say I have yet to change one and it's been like 6 months. You can empty the vacuum in the trash anytime as the vaccum is bagless. The base needs a bag to use auto empty but you can still use it for charging without a bag.

      @Hiten The bags hold a lot, I have yet to need to replace the bag and I vacuum almost daily with two shedding dogs. I use this more than either of my Dysons including the corded. I do still use that for my bedroom but I'm sure the Samsung would do just fine.

      Also the mop attachment has a great use for so things but definitely not as great as it seems but I actually use my to shine certain furniture. I use the soft pads put whatever chemicals I lm using to shine make the vacuum small and use it that way. I was lucky to already have one from before. Thanks for the review, very informative. I ordered the same model that didn't come with the slim action brush, we have have hard floors and tiles throughout (no carpet) . You can't buy the slim action brush here separately but apparently can source them from authorised repairers. That's great to know the Soft action brush from the Jet 90 is compatible, as can get it much cheaper. Does this brush work well on the bespoke and think it is worth it for hard wood/tiles floors over the included dual action or should pay the extra for the slim action ? Thanks!

      BEWARE: I'd recommend against buying anything Samsung, ever! Their Customer Service is miserable. They cheated me out of the spinner mop which should have been part of the bundle. It's taken EIGHT months with endless hours on hold to resolve. I threatened them that I would turn the media on them if they didn't give me either a $150 US refund or the mop spinner that should have been included. Save yourself the grief by NOT dealing with Samsung!

    Love your presentation for the SAMSUNG BESPOKE Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum 👍. Although what I am disappointed not having a dust tool. LG, Shark, or Dyson include a dust brush. Yes, Dirt Devil and other low end stick battery vacuums have a dust tool. Why is a dusting brush so important? Besides getting dirt, food, or pet hair off floors and carpet, homes collect dust on furniture, ceiling fans, books, or any other items and more so if you live south Florida. This is a disappointment for Samsung not providing a dust tool. Even so, Samsung doesn’t have a dust tool available on their website as an accessory to purchase -they just don’t make one! I wish TH-cam Content Creators would point this out the dust tool that is missing for all Samsung stick vacuums. So, for $799 or $549 when on sale is disappointing for Samsung not adding a dusting tool when other brands do. Without this one main tool “dust tool,” to which WE ALL face everyday “DUST,” what is the point pay this amount for a vacuum?

    • @JbTechFanatic
      @JbTechFanatic  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you for watching I appreciate you very much 😊 as far as the dust tool I'm not sure I follow what tool exactly you mean it's missing. The main tool, of course, picks up dust and does a great job pulling fine dust up and hair. it also has a dust brush multi-crevice tool attachment great for fans blinds carpet ect. As well as the motorized pet tool that is great for getting deep dust and hair out of furniture, etc. Also if you want more useful add ons sometimes eBay and Amazon sell some 3rd party ones for very cheap or also the ones you have around the house might work if you connect the flexible tube to the vacuum first many slide right on. Hope this helps clarify thank you again so much for watching I do appreciate you 😊 th-cam.com/play/PLMdd-qroR8HV1m25PEymp6bZ4mt6X5nlA.html

    What are thoughts on leaving the batteries on the chargers? Will this wear them out sooner? I normally don't need to use the 2nd for quick jobs, 2 for whole home. Debating keeping the 2nd on plugged in or unplugging once charged.

    • @JbTechFanatic
      @JbTechFanatic  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Way i look at it is Battery's are Battery's they will fail eventually. Leaving a Battery charge to 60 to 80 percent while stored is the best. Not letting the Battery's run to zero often are the best way to expand their life. But these should last you years even if you have them plugged in. My orginal Samsung stick vacuum is 5 years old and the battery is still going strong. So it kinda comes down to you and how much effort you want to put into it. You could just charge it to about 80 and leave it unplugged and just save it for the future when you other battery stops performing th-cam.com/play/PLMdd-qroR8HV1m25PEymp6bZ4mt6X5nlA.html

I think if I hadn't gotten it for Tax value for review I would have chosen something else perhaps a Dyson V15 Detect which cost 649.99 you get 8 tools.

    Has anyone found a way to buy this (in the uk), without the worry of the extremely poor Samsung warrenty? It looks to be a good vacuum for those of us that have bad dust allergies, but I've done a lot of research on these vacuums, and the big disadvantage seems to be after sales service.....or the lack of it! Eg.. blaming faults on "customer misuse", so not providing replacement parts that may break. One guy's main motor literally came apart, and still Samsung would not take responsibility, so he spent £600+ and now has a broken vacuum!
    I am also worried about the seemingly short height of these, even though they extend. I've read two reviews from users who are 5' 10" and 5' 9" complaining that it isn't long enough. I'm 5' 11" and suffer from severe illnesses/pain, which ironically, is the reason I'm now looking for a cordless.

    • @JbTechFanatic
      @JbTechFanatic  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for watching and subscribing I'm thankful for your support. Im not sure about the uk but To be honest the best way to prevent warranty issues is to purchase a extended warranty through the store that you purchase it from. The biggest problem with companies warranty is you never are dealing with the company its a 3rd party call center that are not allowed to make discision to help a customer fully. this problem seems to be a nightmare across the board for all the big companies even for me and i spend insane amounts of money yearly buying technology. I buy a extended warranty for every product I buy and it is always a breeze to get help and warranty as you are now dealing directly with a company that specializes In warranty. It's sad we have ti buy one but it's the sad reality of the world that customer service is gone. I can also say Samsung on this Unit has improved the main Two things that break the most and they broke on my old one. The plastic sleeve that connects the stick and base of the motor have been reinforced and it will be really difficult to break it. So the good new is the at least fixed the problem. We use this vac daily muti times a day and its still like new and wearing well with time. Hope this helps 🙏

      @@JbTechFanatic Hi. Thanks so much for replying so quickly! 😊
      Yes, I did come across a company that offers it's own 5 yr guarantee for £100 extra. That's an awful lot of money, on top of an insane amount of money for the actual vacuum, but it's what I've been thinking, to give me some peace of mind. My favourite online high street store, offer their own 2 yr guarantee, and are currently offering an extra 3 yrs on top, but I phoned them specifically to ask about it, and it turns out that whilst the first 2 yrs are with them, the last 3 yrs are with Samsung! I DID phone Samsung several days ago, to just enquire about becoming a reviewer, as all their reviews for this are from France, the translations aren't particularly good, and some reviewers had written as littls a 2 sentences! .....but the lady on the phone was like a robot....just repeating the same lines over and over, and not even answering my query! That gave me a taster as to what their customer service was like! There was also a language barrier problem too, which is always awkward.
      The weak point that you mentioned on yours "could" be the same place that that reviewer's one broke....it was literally exposing all the wires etc!
      I actually bought my very first cordless a couple of weeks ago....a Dyson v12. The cleaning power of it has blown me away, but there are several other things that I don't like. The main one being the exposure to dust! It sets off my dust allergies/asthma every single time I empty or clean it. Plus, after using a total of 1 hour 10 mins, over 5 sessions, the red fabric strip on the powered pet hair head is almost completely off!! Unbelievable! I've had my old Meile vacuum for about 13 years, and nothing has EVER broken on it! So.....already, I've got to ring them up with a fault!
      PS. Could you do me a favour please?
      Could you measure the height of the handle, once it's fully extended.
      I want to compare it to the height of thd Dyson v12 that I currently have.
      The handles are placed at different angles, so perhaps if you measure the top and bottom of your hand, once it's on the handle.
      Thanks ever so much. I don't find the Dyson that long,nso I'm scared that if I send the Dyson back and get this one, it will be waaay to short for me, and cause me even more pain.
      Thanks again. ⚘️

      @@Mortthemoose hi there, I've just purchased the Bespoke Jet Pro Extra vacuum from the UK a few weeks ago but will be returning as my family are used to the Shark (which despite being heavier interestingly found the weight distribution to be better on the Shark than on this device).
      Just to add to your comments regarding customer service, I purchased directly via Samsung as it had the promotion cashback offer. I can confirm Samsungs after care customer service is very poor and I have been struggling myself to get a full refund unfortunately. I will be getting a refund for the vacuum itself (given Samsung has a 100 day promise where you can buy the vacuum and return the vacuum if you change your mind). Note however any accessories like additional dustbags must be returned within 14 days. Unfortunately I'll be left with dust bags which Samsung are refusing to refund me back on.
      Note I can confirm the 5 year warranty does not seem to cover all accessories or parts within this device. When calling customer services they said that battery is not covered at all as part of the warranty which I found surprising given Shark offers 2 years on batteries and 5 years on accesories. In conclusion, I believe Shark overall to be the better option (for me) given the warranty is a lot stronger, you get 2 year warranty cover on the batteries, their customer service team in the past has been very good and the newly released Shark Stratos is regarded as one of the best new cordless vacuums.
      Regarding height, i can say the vacuum isn't the biggest and smaller when I compared to our old Shark. Hope that helps! Thanks 🙂

    Honestly, the part where you attach new accessories looks fucking fragile. My Miele vacuum cleaner has very rugged plastic, is good for 12 years already. This looks like it would break after a few years the latest... intended design perhaps, you wanna buy a new one after 3-4 years (if you're not even unable to find a replacement battery by then).
    Regarding the "don't hide it' point: When there is dust inside the box, it doesn't look so good. Then, in Europe the package with an extra battery doesnt come with white color. Pretty stupid to stick color choice to accessories.

      The good news is Samsung has upped the quality of the end plastic piece the very first VS90 Edition I had was much thinner and it did break off. Surprisingly Samsung replaced it for me after 2 years even but this one is Rock Solid the quality was changed Not to mention we've dropped it multiple times right on the end, not even a dent or chip so I was very happy. you can also buy a replacement extension piece If This Were to break out of your warranty or extended warranty you would not have to replace the whole vacuum thankfully. No argument that Miele is a great vacuum company and it needs to be at the price category it sits in. As far as their stick vacs go the only one that I own is the hx2 lotus Triflex and it's great also.

      Sorry to hear.. unfortunately this vacuum bundle in the us doesn't come with the mop attachment. In the box you will see a slot for it but thats due to os some other country's they include it. Did you buy a extra ad on and they never shipped it to you? If it was lost in shipment you can file a claim with the shipping company also. Or you can also file a claim with your credit card used if you bought the mop attachment and did not receive it.

      @@JbTechFanatic Long story short (because it literally took countless calls in a span on 8 months), I finally got my mop order placed. Their entire Customer Service staff is useless and incompetent. I did call prior to order to confirm that the mop was included. Some staff thereafter said yes and others said no. Whatever their case, they can't get their act together.

      I definitely agree their call centers are worthless and have no power. They are a 3rd party that needs to get approval from someone else to do anything. I happy to hear that you got one that us good👍
