It's probably just a custom setting for having a Big Int overflow, or whatever Robotnik's using instead of one. You can make the numbers infinitely large but eventually you'll just run out of sheer space on the computer, so at some point there's a cap. If the measurement goes beyond that cap, especially on a supercomputer-vehicle cyber monster like Eggy's got, you're pretty justified in calling it unlimited even if it's not technically infinite. For example, maybe the quill's energy is simply comparable to a modest dyson sphere.
You know, at first I was kind of iffy on the idea of him dancing to his own music, but now that you've made this edit, the only thing that didn't make it work was the song choice. If he had been listening to something akin to E.G.G.M.A.N., that would have been fucking amazing

If someone was going to edit this they should add in SA2 Eggman Missions gameplay over the screen in the background, maybe with the chase being the King Boom Boo ghost boss (with Carrey covering Knuckles) & the Egg Golem robot boss's fist smash replacing the Rex's head bite, possibly even his Colony ARK moon destruction world speech video pasted over even after the screen disappears...
Its an insult and iirc in sonic adventure I think Dr robotnik evengets annoyed when sonic calls him that but in later games he was just called Dr eggman even by himself which is doodoo if you ask me
