There's no secret answer. The only thing within your control is what you do. How you place, what people think, media..... not in your control. If at any given time you are giving 100%, then there is no disappointments because you gave 100% to it EVERY step of the way. You can only be the best that you are capable of being. So just do the best that you can do - and no matter what, you at least gave it EVERYTHING you had. No regrets
Would it not give more stability to keep your head back on th bench when pressing? I have always felt it more when my head stays flat and is not moving up and down with every rep, any reason Antoine is not? Or just preference?
