Thank you! I looked at this table for 3 days. Ashley side table. You had to take drawer out to start putting together. Amazon said it was damaged send it back. I told them no I would call Ashley. They were no help. I had my friend over she couldn’t figure it out. So I go to my I pad clicked on you. I was sure there had to be a clip or something. Thanks to you there it was a little black plastic piece just like you said. It moved up and down.😂

THANK YOU. I'm remodeling my home office and I have a huge L-Shaped desk that's very, very heavy. I've already removed the lighting and have taped off the window in preparation for painting and have no light in there. I could not see those little levers. My slides unfinished steel and and so are the levers so they blended right in with that dim lighting.

I have a desk with the basic sander rails but no levers. So you know how to release them when they don't have the little levers on the sides? Other than the levers, the rails look the same. And I have the same issue, something behind the drawer and it can't be reached any other way. Appreciate any help here.

Thank you very much for the video. I am able to get both sides on those raises but the drawer goes only a half way. It closes a half way only. What should I do. I believe the issue is on the left side. Maybe the lock doesn't latches well. Not sure...

This happened to me when trying put the drawer back I discovered I had bent the metal frame inside the moving rail that is attached inside the dresser not the drawer a quick fix straightening with pliers and the drawer went back all the way smoothly. I believe I did this because I tried to be lazy and put the drawer back without removing the contents of the drawer and I hadn’t lined it up correctly and caused the bend in the rail. Hope this helps.

Help! I have two nightstands with slides just like this. We removed all of the drawers from both as we emptied out the room for new flooring. I’m now trying to put the drawers back in. My nightstand was no problem. All 3 drawers went back in as they should. None of my wife’s drawers will go in past the “click”. There are 3 parts to the slide. The one fixed to the drawer, the one fixed inside the cabinet, and the one that slides in between. It seems that once the drawer slides in to the point that the sliding track is flush with the one inside the cabinet it stops. I believe that’s when the drawer slide should glide by but it won’t. Exact same issue on all 3 drawers. They are marked 1, 2, 3 on the back so I’m even putting them back where they came from. I tried swapping two of them but same issue. I know they are in the correct cabinets. Anyone have any ideas? I’ve stared at them and retried several times.

This happed to me check if any of the railing became bent in removing the drawer straighten them out with pliers the drawer should then slide right in it just happened to me and I was able to fix it right away hope this helps.

@@savage83libra63 I finally figured it out. I had to go back to the beginning and figure out which of my “knowns” were wrong. It turned out to be that I had swapped the cabinets even though I “knew” I did not. The furniture is made by the Amish, so although they look identical there are minor differences. Once I had the correct drawers in the correct cabinets all was good! Thanks for the tip though.

Watched this video. It makes perfect sense. However, I am working with kitchen drawers that have plastic tabs for 'release' and they do not budge. I ended up digging behind the drawer with a pair of tongs. Where is the 'how to' for kitchen drawers? (I don't like this 'modern' cr4p, I call it moDURN).

I would like to know how to remove the drawer that you have as your title photo please. I feel like I’ve been duped.
