    A great tip is to give them administrative permissions on a google calendar invite so they can reschedule the appointment. Be sure to mention that they have these permissions also!

    I think phoning immediately as you receive an email cancelation is a good strategy.
    It means the prospect is in the office not in a meeting and just doing general work.
    So call immediately as there is less chance of being fobbed off.

    What about when you meet with clients, everything was all set up and all of a sudden a wife appears saying something totally different from what’s been negotiated. I have lost business I thought I had too many times recently just like this. Address family businesses please.
