- 30 minutes Yoga for core strength, very short but sweet! Get ready for some sweat here. This video will ignite and fire up your core, also helping you build up strong wrists and shoulders. Just like any other of my videos, I’d like to give you guys options and variations. Feel free to take any of them.

The practice was very good but just a bit fast paced. Or was it supposed to be fast paced? I mean you should take some time during deep inhalation or other breathing moments. But I enjoyed doing it.

I'm having trouble putting both feet flat on the ground for this stretch. How does one get past stiff, unbending hamstrings?
I usually love your content, but some of the moves and instructions here are way too fast. Who is this session for, people who want to learn yoga on TH-cam, or a show off for other yogis? By the time I've heard and understood the instruction, you're already like 2-3 moves ahead. These instructions are aimed towards someone who can do things tap-tap-tap. An ordinary person needs to think about the pose a little and adjust the alignment. This session felt like chasing a cat around King's Landing, not like a centering and grounding yoga practice. After finishing this, I feel like I haven't done almost any of the moves properly and got the benefit from them, because I was focused entirely on trying to keep up with the race. Leading people through a practice so quickly without giving them time to feel into the pose and adjust their alignment can lead to injury.
Thanks for the feedback :), I’ll try to speak slower next one and also this video might for a bit advance level (for those who have awareness on the core) but you could try other videos of mine like everyday stretches video which is for all levels and beginners Once your body is getting stronger then you can come and try the advance level like this one again😊 your body will improve and each videos will get easier.
And btw, its sharing, sweetie (not showing off😀) if your body is not ready for it yet, take your time and don’t get upset just because you can not do it yet. And we all will get stronger

I don't agree. TH-cam is full of videos for beginners, it's hard to find good content for advanced practitioners. This is not advanced, it is very doable by anyone, there are no peak poses, only core. Maybe look for beginner and medium intensity, Issy, keep up the great content!!
