If it was space debri why didn't nasa come forward and say so. Why can't they just say we don't know what it was. There always has to be an explanation for something like this. At 10 seconds the objects appear to be soaring upward, then they gradually " arch " or go parallel. They don't appear to be " falling " to earth.
