Abhishek Bali There is airport in leh dude and in wikipedia also its mentioned that the magnetic activity is so strong in tat area tat aircrafts has to go above 30k feet to cross this area else they gets pulled by magnetic activity

This is already explained as optical illusion. The seen uphill is actual downhill with reference to sea level.

It is purely an illusion.It may look like uphill when compared to the sorrounding hills,but it is actually downhill with respect to the horizon.
The whole mountain is at incline, so even if the road is downhill it will push the vehicle backwards due to gravity.
We have a similar magnetic hill in Canada.
