    Just rewatched your story video to motivate me to start tomorrow. I’m a little intimidated but we have so many similarities with gut issues, drinking and mental struggles.

    I picked up a crock pot for 12 bucks, a cuisinart at the Salvation Army. I slow cooked cheap stewing beef and it turned out nice and tender and produced an excellent gravy. Thanks for the vid Neah, will look for sales on brisket to cut down.

    Put the meat in the freezer for half an hour or up to an hour for those really large pieces before breaking it down. It'll firm up which makes it much easier to cut nice neat steaks and roasts.

    If you are going to be doing more of this get yourself a breaking knife. They work really well for large chunks of meat

    I saw a whole ribeye roast at Costco today... I picked it up and felt it and imagined how I'd cut it up.... And then I chickened out! 😅

      It’s super easy! You can definitely do it. A breaking knife helps a ton. And if you mess up a little, it’s still a ribeye and will be delicious

      I just ate a package of the "thin" sliced, roasted at 375 in the air fryer and it was SO GOOD

    I took a beef roast and pork roast and cut steaks as well as fatty bites/chunks for either stews as well as for air fryer!

    Love the rib roasts and the brisket. I'm even loving chuck roast chunks air fried... it's a little chewy and the flavor is yummy. Our teeth and jaws can use the workout 😅.👍👏💯💖
    Hubby and I have even ground beef chuck and brisket together and that's really good 🥰

    I cook a brisket twice a month. I cut off some of the fat after it’s done and slow fry it. Oh my goodness

      I have one on my block, but I think the style of this knife made it harder in general. I've been told to purchase a "breaking" knife for this type of stuff.

    Fantastic video- gonna give it a go myself! If you can in the future- don't remove the back of the ribs- that silvery skin- finely score it in a hatch fashion like XXXX - that stuff is connective tissue and collagen- YOU WANT IT! I don't even notice it and I do this with pork ribs to. Give it a go!
